Global Jutsu Submission Event

As I'm sure some of you have noticed, a few of our global jutsu lists, particularly the mixed elements lists, are looking a bit...sparse. To fix this, we are launching an event to allow bulk submission of jutsu, specifically for the elements that need the help.

Starting now until...whenever I decide we can stop, you may submit Global Jutsu in bulk as responses to this thread. You will receive a ryu reward for every jutsu you submit. If the jutsu you submit are for specific elements or lists that need assistance (I will provide a list), you will receive further rewards.

Quick Note:

While we appreciate the effort, bonus rewards will only be given for Original ideas. Copying and pasting from one jutsu list and converting the language to be appropriate to another (Such as converting a normal Fire element technique to Hellfire element) may be able to be placed on the global list, but the purpose of this event is to diversify available forum concepts. While such submissions may be added to the global list, you will not receive any additional reward for such submissions.

Rewards
Participating in this promotion will net you a number of possible rewards. First of all, everyone who submits at least ONE idea between ALL the bulk submission event threads will receive a “Full Jutsu Reset” token.

In addition, you will receive Ryu for each idea you submit. All rewards will be paid out at the end of each week that this event continues for. Please see below to determine your rewards:

Description: The user generates hellfire on both of their hands and joins them, creating a larger flame as a result. When the hands collide, they create a massive and destructive explosion emanating outward from the user. Even if a target survives, the burns caused by this technique are even harder to heal than other Goukaton techniques; in truth, they never truly heal, and cause pain for the rest of the victim's life.

Description: The user spews large blast of acid mist from their mouth, which surrounds the area in a cone shape. This mist can be used in two forms; it can be used to attack inanimate objects, but spare living tissue, or it can do the opposite, only attacking living material and leaving inanimate material alone. Whichever targeted material the user chooses, this mist quickly melts the target.

Shouton: Odori no Ken [Crystal Release: Dancing Sword] *PAID* 07/10/2018

Requirements: None
Description: After forming handseals, the user creates a three pointed sword, composed entirely of crystalline structures. The blade of the sword itself has a very amorphous surface made of rough cut crystals, except for the edges, where it has a smooth surface. The sword's guard and grip have a similar texture as the blade with a rough sphere-shaped pommel at the end. Additionally, two large crystals can be seen embedded at the center of the fuller near the guard and the points. The user can wield the sword telekinetically by maintaining this technique.

Description: After forming handseals, the user releases a bright green sphere of chakra that expands quickly out and away from the user, covering a large area (roughly 100 feet). Within the area of effect, plants quickly wither away, and creatures suffer from high levels of dizziness and nausea, enough to make them violently, dangerously ill. While the effects on creatures aren't long lasting, they are quite potent, and prolonged exposure can cause lesions on the skin and damage to the user's internal organs. The user is immune to this blast.

Description: After a series of handseals, the user unleashes a stream of small fireballs from their mouth, each roughly the size of a fist. Each fireball, individually, is rather weak, but strike quickly dozens of times, and roll and bounce for a long distance after striking an object, possibly creating a larger fire. Only the fireballs themselves carry the properties of Hellfire, with any subsequent fires caused by them instead acting as natural flames.
Cost: 40 to activate, 10 to maintain

Description: After a series of handseals, the user coats their body in a cloak of Hellfire. Those who come into close contact with the user risk Hellfire burns, but the technique is somewhat more sinister than that-while the flames only extend from the user's body by roughly six inches, if a living being comes within five feet of the user, the flames will jump out from the user's body, independent of the user's will, to strike at that target. The user has no control over how these flames behave.
Drawbacks: Due to the independent nature of the defense, this technique cannot be safely used around allies. This drawback cannot be removed.
Cost: 100 to activate ; 20 to maintain

Goukaton: Kuronenshouken [Hellfire Release: Dark Burning Blade] *PAID* 07/10/2018

Requirements: A sword
Description: The user coats a sword in their possession in deep crimson Hellfire flames, from the end of the hilt to the tip of the blade. The sword gains tremendous cutting power, as the Hellfire literally burns its way through a target, no matter what that target may have been. The user is capable of extending the Hellfire blade beyond the limits of the metal blade, up to twenty feet away, and may allow the Hellfire to curve in order to strike a target that is out of reach.
Drawbacks: The sword this technique is used with is irreparably damaged by the Hellfire as the blade literally melts away, rendering it useless without some sort of abnormal durability. This drawback cannot be removed, but can be lessened to instead merely warp the blade, allowing it to be repaired later. Even lessened, using this technique twice in a row on an ordinary sword is sure to destroy it.
Cost: 125 to activate ; 20 to maintain ; 45 to extend/curve

Nenshou Jigoku [Burning Hell] *PAID* 07/10/2018

Requirements: None
Description: The user completes a long series of handseals, holding the final seal as they feed their chakra into their surroundings. The ground will ignite with Hellfire, scorching anything that is above it-though the user actually is capable of directing these flames, and can cause the flames to erupt from the ground beneath a chosen target. As long as the user holds the seal, the flames can be controlled according to the user's will, even taking on whatever shape the user wants-the only thing the user cannot do is reduce the size and intensity of the flame, once it has been created. As soon as the user releases the seal, their control over the jutsu ceases, and the flames will burn wildly, leaving massive Hellfire infernos in their wake.
Drawbacks: Once the user has released control of the jutsu, they have no ability whatsoever to enact their will over it, meaning the more dangerous they make the blaze, the more dangerous it is for them as well.
Cost: 250 to activate; 50 to maintain

Description: After a single handseal, the user creates a thin layer of crystal over their body. The crystal provides a layer of defense just over their skin, as well as providing an extra bit of impact to their taijutsu. The layer is clear and transparent, and cannot be seen except for the light reflecting off of it. Despite the layer being made of crystal, it does not affect the user's mobility.
Cost: 65 to activate ; 15 to maintain

Shouton: Kurenai no Kaijitsu [Crystal Release: Crimson Fruit] *PAID* - 7/17/2018

Description: The user performs a series of handseals and creates a dome of red, transparent crystal around a target that springs up from the ground to enclose a target. The dome's walls are about a foot thick, and are difficult to break from both the inside and outside, allowing it to be useful for trapping or protecting targets. The user can also erect the dome around their own bodies. The user can also use this technique at close range, which requires that the user's hand touches the target; from there, the crystal rapidly encapsulates the target. The user can shatter the crystal with a touch, but otherwise, the crystal domes remain in place until broken.

This technique does not require handseals.

Requirements: A large crystalline structure nearby
Description: The user is capable of creating a clone by willing it to walk out of a nearby crystalline structure. The crystal forms a clone of the user that is far more more durable than most clones, even more durable than the user themselves-an offense must be able to break the crystal itself to defeat the clone. This clone can use any jutsu the original possesses, provided it has enough chakra. When destroyed, the clone breaks apart into shards of crystal. The clone is capable of basic logic and thought, and can make simple decisions on its own, though usually, it is created for a single task. Jade Crystal Clones are created with 1/10 the current chakra of their creator, and their jutsu are only 1/10 as powerful as a result. All of the unspent chakra remaining in the clone upon its dispersal is returned to the creator. The clone itself provides the needed concentration to maintain this technique. Multiple clones may be created at the same time. Effects utilizing chakra can only be copied if the clone pays the cost as well. The clone may copy the appearance of using those abilities, however, if not doing so would give away the clone's identity.
Limitations: The clone cannot move greater than one kilometer from the creator; the clone's jutsu are only 1/10 as powerful as the original's would be; the clone is not very intelligent, only able to make simple choices on its own. Only the range limitation may be extended, in which case, the clone may move two kilometers from the user.
Cost: 1/10 the user's current chakra.

Shouton: Hashou Kouryu [Crystal Release: Tearing Crystal Falling Dragon] *PAID* - 7/17/2018
Rank: A
Requirements: None
Description: After a long series of handseals, the user feeds their chakra into the ground, which bursts forth as a large serpentine dragon made of crystal, roughly 10 meters long and 1 meter thick. This dragon is mentally controlled by the user, and can fly through the air at a speed equal to the user's Spirituality, and can carry the user without impacting its speed. The dragon is very durable, and can crash through most defenses with little trouble. Several dragons may be created at once.
Cost: 80 per Dragon to activate ; 10 per Dragon to maintain

Description: After a series of handseals, the user slams their hands on the ground. The crystal of this wall cannot be climbed with jutsu, and quickly repair any damage done to them within a single post unless a portion is demolished all the way through.

Description: After a series of handseals, the user sends their chakra through the ground. The crystal is sharp enough to pierce through even metal armor, and each edge of the crystal is additionally razor sharp.

Description: The user creates a blade along the outside of their forearm out of blue-green crystal, attached via several growths of crystal between the blade itself and the user's arm. The blade is sharp enough to cut through most materials, and extends a few inches past the user's closed fist. It is hard enough to block most swords and projectiles without being damaged. This technique requires neither handseals nor maintenance, and remains attached to the user until either dispelled or destroyed.

Shouton: Tougoku no Ame [Crystal Release: Imprisoning Rain] *PAID* - 7/17/2018

Requirements: None
Description: The user performs a long series of handseals and feeds their chakra into the air. From the sky, a rain of strange liquid falls down onto the area; when the rain touches a living creature, the drop turns into a coating of crystal, eventually fully imprisoning a target, which obviously takes less time if the target is small. The crystal created with this technique is permanent. The user is immune to this effect.
Limitations: The user's allies are not immune to this effect, making it a poor choice when fighting alongside them. This limitation cannot be removed.
Cost: 100 to activate ; 20 to maintain

Suishou Gokakuchuujin [Jade Crystal Five Pillar Formation] *PAID* - 7/17/2018

Requirements: None
Description: After a long series of handseals, the user places their palms onto the ground, erecting five pillars of jade around a central point, equidistant from the center point and the other pillars by about 30 feet. The pillars hone and amplify the power of any chakra used between them, and their resonance greatly enhances the power of the ninjutsu used by anyone who stands between them. While standing in the centerpoint, any jutsu they cast is performed as if their spirituality is doubled, while said jutsu receives a 50% chakra discount from what it would have been without the pillars.
Limitations: The user cannot select who benefits from the pillars; it can conceivably be used by their enemies as well. This limitation cannot be removed.
Cost: 100 to activate

Suishou Meikyuu no Jutsu [Jade Crystal Labyrinth Technique] *PAID* - 7/17/2018
Rank: A
Requirements: None
Description: The user grows a labyrinth of crystal from the ground, generating a confusing maze within the structure, complete with a crystal ceiling; from the outside looking in, the labyrinth appears to be a massive cut crystal shape. Within the labyrinth, the walls reflect their surroundings, to include those trapped inside and alternate paths, and may also generate images of false surroundings as well, further confusing those within the maze. Its reflective nature is capable of even fooling the Sharingan and Byakugan. Due to its crystalline nature, a single powerful attack against the structure is useless; to damage the labyrinth, an attack must be used that is both widespread and powerful.
Cost: 125 to activate ; 25 to generate false images within the reflections

Shouton: Kurenai Gokakurou [Crystal Release: Crimson Five-Sided Prison] *PAID* - 7/17/2018

Requirements: Shouton: Kurenai no Kaijitsu
Description: The user employs a more powerful form of their Crimson Fruit technique to encapsulate a target; unlike the previous version, however, this technique is not intended to be a capturing jutsu, and is usually fatal if a target gets caught due to a special feature of the technique; when the user touches the crystal dome, it rapidly disintegrates, along with the body of whoever was captured.
Weaknesses: If the crystal is broken by anyone other than the user, the disintegrating effect is lost. This weakness cannot be removed.
Cost: 125 to activate ; 75 to disintegrate (requires contact with the targeted crystal)

Description: After a series of handseals, the user focuses Katon chakra to the palm of his hand. After gathering the chakra, the user focuses on intensifying the chakra as much as possible, while also keeping it contained; this results in an extremely volatile, incredibly bright sphere of chakra in the user's hand. When this technique strikes an object, it explodes away from the user's palm with incredible force and heat conically for roughly a meter; part of the danger of this technique, however, is the light itself. This technique gained it's name because the chakra gathered becomes incredibly bright, thus making it very difficult to watch this technique, as staring at it is comparable to staring at the sun on a clear day. Anything this light touches will feel a warmth through the light, akin to laying in the sunlight on a nice day.
Drawbacks: The user runs the risk of also blinding himself if he looks into the light. This drawback cannot be removed.
Cost: 90 to activate, 20 to maintain

Requirements: None
Description: The user creates a temporary bandage with their chakra, and employ the new material to cover a wound. While this technique does not heal on its own, it can serve to prevent excessive bleeding and infection. The bandages created by this technique remain in place long after the jutsu has been cast, but should be changed as often as ordinary bandages. The bandages are three inches wide and can vary in length based on the user's needs.
Limitations: The bandages are no more durable than cloth, and are thus easily broken. This limitation cannot be removed.
Cost: 10 per foot of bandage

Requirements: Chakra no Ito [Chakra Thread]
Description: The user creates a thread with chakra, and creates a sharpened, curved needle on the end. They can use this new thread in order to sew a wound shut if time and chakra do not afford them the opportunity to apply more adequate healing. This thread remains in place long after the user has performed the jutsu, but can be easily removed as ordinary thread, or with a simple wave of the hand by another individual who possesses this jutsu.
Cost: 25 per inch of sutures

Limitations: This technique is best used in tandem with another medic, as constant contact must be maintained. As such, anyone who uses this technique would only have one hand available for other actions. This limitation cannot be removed.

Description: The user overcharges Chakra no Mesu, creating a larger blade around one of their hands. While this technique is no longer especially suited for delicate surgeries, it is considerably more useful for procedures such as amputations, as the user's entire hand is now treated as an incredibly sharp blade. This jutsu retains the former's ability to cut internally without breaking the skin, though to do so would serve little purpose. This technique is more commonly used in combat than its predecessor.

If the users hands are not removed by the next posting round, the victims head will explode into a fine mist. This effect gives the jutsu its name, a reference from its creator to a cult classic movie about telepathic ninja known as "Scramblers".

Description: The user builds their chakra within their chest, drawing from their Akuma as well, before launching a beam of chakra and energy. Depending on their Akuma's powers and personality, each beam will look physically different. Additionally, the user can infuse any of their elements into the beam to change the elemental composition of the jutsu. The beam will take on attributes specific to each element. Depending on the charge the user can hold it for a short period of time up to numerous seconds. This blast can easily demolish a reinforced village wall.

Description: Drawing on the raw power of their Akuma, the user takes up to 30% of their Akuma's Strength and Endurance attributes and add it to their own, causing their body seeming to swell and gain muscle mass.
Drawbacks: After use, the user will sore and exhausted, with the effect increasing in severity with every post it is maintained. If maintained pass 10 posts, the user will be rendered unconscious after the jutsu is released. This drawback cannot be removed, but can be extended to 15 posts.

The Jinchuuriki must be consciously focusing the healing abilities in order to apply this ability. The user can choose how quickly they regenerate, and need less chakra to regenerate slower.

Description: After the proper handseals, the user places their hand on the head of another Jinchuuriki, forcing their way into the target's mental chamber. The target can resist this ability, but doing so renders them unconscious. This technique can only be used on a conscious target.
Weaknesses: Both are unable to move into the physical world
Drawbacks: While within the mental chamber, the opposing Akuma can attack the user if it can reach them; any damage taken in the Mental Chamber is inflicted to the user's real body.

Description: After performing a series of handseals, the user gains an aura around them within ten feet. This aura absorbs chakra on contact, taking 50 chakra per post from all within the area of effect. If the target's chakra is being enhanced by a secondary source, such as an Akuma, Sage Chakra, or Cursed Seal Chakra, this jutsu also absorbs 25 of that chakra in addition to the victim's own chakra. The user can choose to exclude a target from this jutsu's effect. This aura appears as a cloak of many smoking tentacles, of whatever color the user chooses.
Limitations: This technique does not give the user immunity from the negative side effects of absorbing Sage Chakra or Cursed Seal Chakra.

Description: While Mugen Kawaki is active, the user will use Oshiiru on a target Jinchuuriki. If they successfully make it to the Mental Chamber, the user will then fight the Akuma inside the Mental Chamber. If the user fails to defeat the Akuma within six posts, the user will be expelled, and in addition to any wounds they may have received during the fight, they will be extremely exhausted, and will lose half of the chakra they had at the end of the fight. If successful, the opposing Akuma will be killed as their chakra is consumed by the user's Akuma, and the host will immediately suffer the effects of having lost an Akuma, as appropriate to the rank of the target Akuma. The user's maximum chakra will increase by 50 for every Akuma consumed by this method. The maintenance for Mugen Kawaki is temporarily put on hold while this technique is active. Any Akuma consumed by this method cannot reform, and is rendered considered permanently killed.
Weaknesses: The opposing Jinchuuriki may impede the user of this technique inside the Mental Chamber if they so choose, and can use their Jinchuuriki abilities alongside their Akuma in doing so.

Jinchuuriki: Szal [Rampage] - NOT ACCEPTED - Intangibility requires Restricted Status

Description: The user makes proper handseals and taps into the pure chakra nature of their akuma and transforms themselves into chakra. Description: The user manifests a large, spiritual form of their Akuma behind them, imposing a supernatural intimidation and fear. This effect is proportional to the user's relative power to those around them, and is felt less keenly by other Jinchuuriki, unless the user is also more powerful than that Jinchuuriki. Even a resisted effect imposes a gripping fear over the victim, however. This effect can be focused onto one target with eye contact instead, at which point, the effect is magnified, paralyzing a target with fear if the effect is not resisted by a more powerful target or by a Jinchuuriki.

Description: While on an earthen surface, the user creates a surfboard made of stone. They can stand on this board and freely manipulate it to surf across the surface of the earth, enhancing their ability to move around a battlefield. The board moves according to the user's Spirituality, rather than their Speed. This jutsu does not require handseals to initiate but does consume double the usual concentration.

Hodoi Tsuchi [Unraveled Earth]

Description: The user performs a series of handseals and places their hands on the ground. Emanating from the user in a cone for 30 feet, various growths of rock emerge from the ground, impeding movement over the rocks. However, the true danger comes after-should the rocks attempt to be traversed, they explode, launching shards of stone upwards towards whatever walked over it. Even after the blasts, the area this jutsu affected remains dangerous, as the remaining shards are razor sharp.

Description: The user makes an exaggerated foot stomping motion, sending their chakra underground to their opponent's location. They may jump off at any point and allow the wall to continue going without them. The user can, at any point, will the wall to crumble and fall apart.
