Characteristics: Young, with pure beautiful skin that has a pinkish color and very well refined shape. She tends to dress in two different attires; one for every day moments and another for more "special" cases.
Hair: Waist long, pure silver color to it.
Eyes: Clear sea blue.
Clothing: In her basic attire she wears a long frilly light blue dress, it drapes over her front while leaving her back exposed, resting the lower part of it over her right side so that when moving fast it doesn't hinder her movements. Best of all, with how little it wraps tightly around her it is very ventilated against heat. The inside of the dress is pink, however, with two shoulder straps over her left shoulder which goes around her back to her right hip. She wears white sandals on her feet too. Her secondary attire is a bit more manageable for her activities, a light blue skin suit that is much tighter on her body than her dress. It has a dark blue belt that rests sideways to the right, pant legs split down the middle with dark blue waves on the inner halves of both legs, and a silver scarf that drapes in front of her. Over her shoulders, or rather exposing her shoulders, is a musicians coat that is dark blue that is worn more like a cloak as it drapes over her and reaches down to her legs. Her shoes are large knee boots that are pink and shapes like seashells.
Accessories: In both her attires she wears a blue flower hairband though in her basic attire its a light blue flower with white ribbons while her special attire is a dark blue flower with a purple beaded ribbon. It's also where she has her village headband sewn in. She'll wear pearls and bracelets around her wrists, beads to tie her clothes in a more pretty fashion, and broaches to connect them together in both attires.

Personality:
Kindhearted, pure, innocent, and very helpful. She is a young girl who looks out for everyone around her, putting herself last on the list when it comes to helping people. She doesn't necessarily look for ways to improve herself only improve her ways to help people by accommodating what she can do and how she can do it better. She can be very shy but when she is in one of her moments where she stands for others you'd never guess she could ever be so. She likes to play music; singing, instruments, anything that can make beautiful sound she has dabbled in. Even a leaf whistle. She's very dedicated to it as it is her dream to play music in front of a large crowd...the whole world actually. She dreams of bringing people together with peace and harmony which she sees as possible just a long ways from now. She also studies to be a medic so that she can help others get better, knowing that soothing the soul is the same as soothing the body. Her two passions go hand in hand very well. She doesn't really like to fight at all to be honest and will always put violence aside to do what really matters the most.

Birth:
Lumia was born not in the village but while her family was traveling around the land. They were traveling traders and performers, loving the idea of going to see not just new places but new people. They travels took them far to see many places and on their travels their daughter was born into the world with the biggest smile people had ever seen. Bouncing, giggling, happy little girl that her parents adored so much. She was their only child but their relatives were also part of the family and she was pushed to meet them immediately. Being passed around so many strangers would be strange for a newborn but Lumia just loved it, getting happier with each new face that greeted her and she never once lost that smile.

Growing Up:
Living at home in the village was not much different than her early years, she enjoyed playing around and having so much fun though meeting new friends her age was different. She was kinda shy but also not. She'd meet new people but she wouldn't open up immediately to them which left her kind of reserved, like she didn't know how to be around them. She knew people liked it when you're friendly and others liked generosity but those to her were forced feelings and she just wanted to do something that she choose but wouldn't also make them hate her. She also knew everyone was different; one person might like an open girl, others might like them more held back, some might enjoy outgoing personality, another might like quiet and serene, outdoor activities, left inside rather than adventuring. Everyone had their own social groups and she was uncertain how to approach people when she didn't know their kind and again it was more forced feelings. She just wanted to be herself and accepted at the same time.

As life progressed she started finding her hobby was music and when she hit that first note she probably never would've stopped if she didn't need to eat and sleep. She loved every moment of it and she continued to learn throughout her young life until she was playing entire songs as a child no older than seven years. It took some convincing but she eventually started performing for her friends and loved ones and with that she found her group for everyone in some way loved music and if she could adjust her playing to suit each person, flowing steady from one song to the next, she could find a harmonious melody to keep people smiling forever. Or so was her dream. She practiced however she could and whenever she had the time, but as they got older she noticed something about her friends. They were moving on towards something else entirely. She followed to find out that they were practicing to become shinobi and even she couldn't help but be intrigued by this new subject.

Life at the Academy:
The academy was hard for her, learning how to fight and do things that weren't to her liking but Lumia didn't stop trying. She wanted to stay close with her friends but she couldn't find her place in this subject and that meant she was being forced to become something else to please others. She started thinking about giving up. As she began leaving one day she was stopped by her teacher who wanted to show her something special, pulling her aside to see a most wondrous sight that she couldn't believe. The academy doctor. She was like a nurse but still in charge of helping the students who got hurt and this really got her attention. They started talking and found she had a knack for helping others through emotional ways and that was also a way for healing according to them and then she thought of a way to do just that. She began practicing medical techniques and developing methods for her music, some day she'd bring them together to heal the spirit and then the body by extension. She had a dream here too that she wanted to see accomplished.

Limitations:
- The transformation cannot be unreasonably different in size to the user. They may, for instance, transform into a puppy or a large piece of furniture such as a bed-however, insects and objects much larger than a bed are not possible. This size limitation varies depending on the user's natural size. This limitation cannot be removed.
- Transforming is only skin deep-the transformation may feel real, but transforming into a metal object does not make you extra durable, nor does changing into a bird let you fly, etc. This limitation cannot be removed.

Description: While holding the Rat seal, the user forcibly halts their chakra flow, then rapidly rushes a greater amount of chakra to their head. This process disperses the chakra causing a Genjutsu to occur, and can break it in such a fashion.
- You must be able to form the Rat handseal.
- You must break every Genjutsu effect on a single genjutsu at once, though if you are affected by multiple Genjutsu, you may choose which Genjutsu to target.
- You do NOT need to break an Aftershock effect.
- You do NOT need to break effects that your stats are allowing you to ignore the cost of.
- Even those incapable of learning Ninjutsu or Genjutsu can use Genjutsu Kai.
- Genjutsu Kai may be used on another individual by contact. Other than the required handseal, all rules for Genjutsu Kai must still be followed while using it in this way.

Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]

Description: The user holds a single seal and focuses their chakra for a few seconds. The user immediately moves to a new location, moving so fast that they appear to teleport. This is just chakra-assisted movement, however. This technique usually employs some sort of cover to further hide the user's movements. This technique may be used to move vertically, but it must begin while the user is on a surface they can push off of.
Limitations:
- The user cannot change direction once their movement has begun.
- The user cannot react to threats during their movement. This limitation cannot be removed.
- There must be no obstructions between the user and their intended end location. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique has a range limit of 20 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended.
- If no cover is used, the opponent may see the user leaning in the direction they intended to go.

Description: The user creates a solid clone out of water. This clone can interact with the world around it, and can use non-elemental jutsu and jutsu of the Suiton element, so long as it has enough chakra. When struck, the clone disperses into mass of water. The clone is capable of basic logic and thought, and can make simple decisions on its own, though usually, it is created for a single task. Water Clones are created with 1/10 the current chakra of their creator, and their jutsu are only 1/10 as powerful as a result. Half of the unspent chakra remaining in the clone upon its dispersal is returned to the creator. The clone itself provides the needed concentration to maintain this technique. Multiple clones may be created at the same time. Effects utilizing chakra can only be copied if the clone pays the cost as well. The clone may copy the appearance of using those abilities, however, if not doing so would give away the clone's identity.
Limitations: The clone cannot move greater than one kilometer from the creator; the clone's jutsu are only 1/10 as powerful as the original's would be; the clone is not very intelligent, only able to make simple choices on its own. Only the range limitation may be extended, in which case, the clone may move two kilometers from the user.
Weaknesses: A single hit will disperse the clone, so long as it would normally be enough to cause a bruise on a person. This may be extended to allow more twice as much damage before dispersal.

B-Ranked Jutsus:

Shousen Jutsu [Mystical Palm Technique]
Rank: B
Requirements: None
Description: This technique allows the user to speed up a body's natural healing process by sending chakra to a wound via the user's hands. The user can heal a wide range of wounds using this technique, to include cuts, burns, even broken bones, provided the bone was set previously. As wounds tend to vary drastically, there are specifications for each type of wound and how this technique reacts to it.
Cuts - This technique can close a cut at a rate of 1 cm per post, to include length of the cut and depth of the cut. Be aware that while this can eventually close a cut, it is possible for a victim to bleed out before the cut can be repaired, and any lost blood is not replaced.
Burns - This technique can reduce the severity of second and first degree burns down to first degree and healed, respectively, at a rate of 1 cubed cm of flesh per post. This technique cannot effectively heal 3rd degree burns. Nerve damage is not repaired by this technique.
Bruises - This technique can reduce bruising in the affected area, and can heal the internal injury that causes the bruising. While this cannot completely remove bruising, it can effectively prevent further bruising.
Broken Bones - This technique can spur on the healing of a set bone, but cannot completely repair it. Use of this technique on a set broken bone for five continuous posts can allow the target minor use of the affected body part, though strenuous use will rebreak the bone.

Weaknesses: This technique requires the user's utmost attention, and requires at least one of the user's hands on the wound. Distracting the user in any way can keep them from effectively using this technique. This may be reduced via favoring to allow for distractions, but the user must always maintain contact.
Drawbacks: Extended use of this technique may reduce the target's overall lifespan; ordinarily, this is minor enough to be ignored, but repeated healing via this technique may take its toll.

Chakra no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade around the user's hand. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection, though it is still possible for the technique to cut skin.
Limitations: Use in combat requires a great, nearly unattainable deal of precision to make fatal cuts, though it can be used to cut muscle fiber. This limitation may not be removed.

Byakugou no In [Strength of a Hundred Seal]
Rank: A
Requirements: Access to Medical Ninjutsu ; At least 20 Chakra Control
Description: This technique allows a user to store chakra within a single point on their body, typically the forehead, over a vast period of time. In doing so, a diamond shaped seal is formed at the point chosen. This seal is constantly draining the user's chakra, though the user can release the seal via the In'fuuin: Kai technique, and regain all chakra drained. The chakra gathered in this seal is considered separate from the user's normal chakra pool, and is therefore not taken into account when the user's normal chakra levels are restored. Additionally, the chakra within this seal cannot be drained until released.
Seal Description: A purple diamond shape, usually on the user's forehead
Limitations: The seal can only hold up to 2000 Chakra. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended to 3000.
Drawbacks: The seal's draining effect can never be turned off, making it dangerous to use if one isn't careful. This seal CAN potentially kill the user. These drawbacks cannot be removed.
Cost: 10 chakra per post; this cannot be deactivated until the seal is released via the In'fuuin: Kai technique. At least 500 chakra is required in the seal to open. Chakra will not be drained if the seal is full.
