Description:

Pale skin, red eyes, and red hair are characteristics that separate Nezuel from other children of the same age yet identifies him as one who has inherited Uzumaki blood. His hair is long, for a boy, reaching farther than his ears and yet not quite reaching his shoulders, content to stay somewhere between and sometimes tucked behind his ears. While standing at an impressive height the genin is also rather slim. It seems that he has issues with nourishment or simply issues gaining weight. His face is gaunt and his body, while stronger than any normal humans due to his shinobi trainning, is weaker than most shinobi of the same rank.


Personality: Nezuel is, like all people in this world, a series of contradictions wrapped in a question and tied with an enigma. To most people, he is sullen and withdrawn, more likely to find himself within the pages of a book than the words of a conversation. When things get serious his mind becomes more focused, qualifying and quantifying what needs to be done, resources, ways, and methods to get the job done while also evaluating the cost of each and the chances of success. Yet if one gets to know him they may find him a bit softer and a bit kinder than others would suggest. He is not above jokes, even bad ones, should the occasion call for it. He is, after all, only human.

Background Born a child to a mother and father obsessed with ninjutsu and the shinobi ways Nezuel was left alone for most of his childhood. He would spend his days attending school and learning how to be a shinobi and by night sneaking into his parent's room while they were away on missions and taking their ninjua scrolls to learn more. History and jutsu knowledge passed through his mind day after day. He knew how to world worked before his other classmates, knew that one day his parents would go out on a mission and wouldn't return. When it happened he found himself less saddened by the deaths of those he almost considered strangers and more determined to stop such an event from happening again. Determined to let not a single shred of the knowledge his parents possesed go to waste he delved into their most dangerous of ninjutsu and fuuinjutsu scrolls, those kept locked and hidden away by their seals, broken now that their deaths had come to pass.

He took time away from the academy, the place giving him time to greive the death of his family It had already been atleast a week in constant studying, not even eating, drinking, or sleeping, before the event that changed his life came to pass. Within the items that his parents had left him he found something that would change his shinobi career. Unknown to him that scroll contained the knowledge of his parent's strongest two jutsus. Within a few moments, the words upon the scroll somehow moved imprinted themselves onto him, sealing themselves due to some defence within the scroll, or perhaps bloodline technique to pass on knowledge. Either way, he found himself a month later in the hospital with a diamond shaped mark upon his forehead. Once he was released he found his chakra stunted, he found himself getting tired easier. Whatever he had found had made him weaker and he had no idea how to stop it.

From there his only option was to try and become a better shinobi, try to understand what had happened to him more. It took him more time than he had liked, he got lower marks than he wished...but he eventually graduated and became a genin...one step closer to regaining what he had lost.

Description: While holding the Rat seal, the user forcibly halts their chakra flow, then rapidly rushes a greater amount of chakra to their head. This process disperses the chakra causing a Genjutsu to occur, and can break it in such a fashion.
- You must be able to form the Rat handseal.
- You must break every Genjutsu effect on a single genjutsu at once, though if you are affected by multiple Genjutsu, you may choose which Genjutsu to target.
- You do NOT need to break an Aftershock effect.
- You do NOT need to break effects that your stats are allowing you to ignore the cost of.
- Even those incapable of learning Ninjutsu or Genjutsu can use Genjutsu Kai.

Description: The user holds a single seal and focuses their chakra for a few seconds. The user immediately moves to a new location, moving so fast that they appear to teleport. This is just chakra-assisted movement, however. This technique usually employs some sort of cover to further hide the user's movements. This technique may be used to move vertically, but it must begin while the user is on a surface they can push off of.
Limitations:
- The user cannot change direction once their movement has begun.
- The user cannot react to threats during their movement. This limitation cannot be removed.
- There must be no obstructions between the user and their intended end location. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique has a range limit of 20 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended.

This seal is constantly draining the user's chakra, though the user can release the seal via the In'fuuin: Kai technique, and regain all chakra drained. The chakra gathered in this seal is considered separate from the user's normal chakra pool, and is therefore not taken into account when the user's normal chakra levels are restored. Additionally, the chakra within this seal cannot be drained until released.

He tends to wear exclusively white clothing and oddly enough though he is often seen sitting on the dirt or in dirty areas. He also has a slight skew towards clothing with a golden trim... Since becoming a genin his parents have allowed him more control over his wardrobe resulting in his often use of a tighter leather under layer with a larger coat draped over it

Personality: Nezuel is bit of an enigma. While most children his age wish to be out playing with friends he tends to wish to be alone and simply gain knowledge. For this reason he despises the academy...yet also enjoys the experience to learn about chakra and about himself. The distance from the other children, part his own fault and part the fault of others, has led him to have a rather jaded look upon the other children as well. His personality hasn't changed much since he became a genin...perhaps a bit more practical or darker.

- The clone is intangible, being made entirely of chakra. This limitation cannot be removed.
- It cannot harm anything, though it does not necessarily disperse as soon as contact is made. This limitation cannot be removed.

- The object the user replaced themselves with must be of approximate size to the user. This limitation cannot be removed.

Without utilizing their own chakra, the user can spur on the production of chakra within another person's body, allowing them to recover chakra at a greater rate than normal. Specifically, the individual's chakra recovery rate is treated as one step up (so, if they were at Moderate Chakra Usage level, they instead recover at the Light Chakra Usage level) The user may use this technique on themselves as well to enhance their own chakra recovery, but in doing so, cannot be considered "resting", instead only allowing them to recover as if they were engaged in light activity. If the target's chakra level is within the Light level when this technique is used, the target's chakra will recover in a quarter of the time it would normally take. The user must remain positioned near the target, with their palms over the intended target the entire time this jutsu is active.

Description: The user places their fingers on the ground, creating a ten foot wide sealing pattern on the ground. Anyone standing on the ground when the pattern goes up, to include the user, cannot escape the barriers of the seal. If a target's Spirituality or Willpower is greater than the user's Spirituality, however, they can break the seal.
Seal Description: Several lines of kanji emanating from the user.
Drawbacks: Use of this technique traps the user as well.

Description: This technique allows the user to place a sealing mark on their clothes, which can then be used to seal weapons within. The weapons sealed may then be rapidly unsealed into the user's waiting hand simply by touching the seal and imparting the necessary chakra. Anything from a shuriken to a massive sword can be sealed within the user's clothes. Any weapons sealed in this way must be listed on the user's profile, and the seal's location must be noted as well. Up to 200 lbs of weapons can be sealed into a single seal.

Kekkai Houjin [Barrier Method Formation]

Requirements: Exploding Tags
Description: The user places four or more tags around a central point. When an object approaches the central point, all placed tags immediately detonate, focusing the brunt of their blasts inward. While there is technically no limit to how wide this barrier may be, the range of the exploding tags is not increased by this technique. Therefore, the tags must be close enough to the center in order to be effective. Knowing this technique allows the user to carry an additional 15 exploding tags per RPC rank.
Seal Description: None; 4 or more tags placed around a central point.
Limitations: The technique is only useful if a target passes over the intended trap point. This limitation cannot be removed.
Weaknesses: Removal of the tags prior to detonation deactivates the technique, if the new total amount of placed tags is less than four. This weakness may not be removed, but the minimum number of tags to keep the trap active can be reduced to 3.

Description: This seal is meant to be applied in combat. The user will make contact with a target, applying them with this seal. This removes the target's control from any summonings the target possesses, sending the summonings back to where they came from, or removing the target's control if the summoning is from this land. This effect prevents the target from summoning at all for the remainder of the thread, though the seal will fade in one OOC week.
Seal Description: A concentric wheel of seals from the location of the contact with the user.

Katon: Kibaku Enjin [Fire Release: Exploding Flame Formation]

Description: The user imbues many exploding tags with Katon chakra, which serves both to arm them and to will them to move of their own accord towards a target. Upon reaching a target, they wrap themselves around the user from the feet upwards. Once in place, the tags all detonate and release their force inward, unleashing a massive blast of fire directly focused on the victim. If the user misses the target, the tags will return to the user in an unarmed state. Knowing this technique allows the user to carry an additional 20 exploding tags per RPC rank.

Limitations: The use of this technique is limited by the amount of explosive tags the user carries. This limitation cannot be removed.

Description: This technique creates a barrier around a location to be protected by placing 4 paper seals in locations surrounding the central location, which then has its own paper seal as well. Objects within the barrier cannot be damaged in any way until the technique is no longer maintained or until the seals are removed simultaneously. Once removed, however, the seals each summon a clone of the individual that removed the seal, adding an additional layer of danger to the technique; these clones can use every technique the remover knew at the time, and has the same attributes. They are also universally intent on destroying the one who removed the seal. The outer four seals must be removed simultaneously.

Limitations: While objects cannot be destroyed within the seal, people are not immune to damage within, nor are objects introduced within the barrier after it was established. This limitation cannot be removed.

Limitations: The technique must charge for 10 posts, even if it was perfectly placed. This limitation cannot be removed, but may be shortened to 5 posts.

Description: This seal allows one to mark an object with an innate version of Jigou Jubaku no In and mark a target without need for physical contact. The jutsu may be used in two ways, either premarked objects or imbued objects. When premarked objects are used they require the chakra cost to be made when the object strikes the target. When an imbued method is used the user pays the cost before it can leave their hands. If the imbued object doesn't hit its target the chakra is not returned but there is a small window of oppertunity where it may be used again. The first person to touch the imbued object, excluding the user, will be marked even if they are an ally.
Limitations: 5 post charge, 3 post effect. - cannot be removed

Description: After In'fuuin Kai is used, the user may use the chakra previously stored within the seal to heal their body at a constant rate. This technique can allow the user to heal from a wide variety of injuries, and can even restore lost limbs; however, it requires the user's utmost concentration to do so. As this technique uses the chakra stored within the Byakugou no In, the user does not need to concern themselves with providing the necessary chakra. Even if the chakra stored within the seal runs out, the user can still heal from almost any wound in a single post, provided they have chakra to pay for the technique-essentially, the user of this technique cannot be killed as long as they have chakra.
Drawbacks: The rapid healing process of this technique reduces the user's lifespan; specifically, each post that this technique is active physically ages the user a full year. This may be reduced to half a year per post via favoring.

Description: This technique can only be performed by those who have mastered Souzou Saisei and released the chakra within their Byakugou no In with In'fuuin: Kai. While similar to Souzou Saisei, this technique is much more powerful and requires absolutely no focus on the part of the user. Like the previous version of this technique, it uses the chakra of the Strength of a Hundred Seal, so the user does not need to provide it on their own unless the seal runs out. The rate of healing from this technique is much faster, however-any wound received is immediately healed within seconds, regardless of severity. Even when a body is bisected, this technique can allow the two halves to heal if they are brought in contact with one another.

Description: A seal composed of three hundred and sixty-one small applications of fuuinjutsu combined with medical knowledge. The seal was created under the assumption that once a jinchuriki dies the bijuu is released. The seals are located along the chakra pathway system allowing full integration of the bijuu chakra into the jinchuriki. The result is the constant circulation of bijuu chakra into the body and cells of the jinchuriki, strengthening cell regeneration and increasing the amount of times a single cell can split before dying. The seal's strong nature means that although it may be weakened with a strong (S ranked) unsealing jutsu (such as Fuuinjutsu Kai) it may not be unseal instantly by anything other than its Key. If the seal is weakened it will continue to deteriorate over time with a weakening of 10% at the start of each thread. The seal may be strengthened through application of the Key. The Key jutsu resides in the person who laid the seal unless its is passed on via RP. Each application of this jutsu results in a different key configuration.

Background There isn't that much to say about Nezuel. Born between two Uzumaki that had come to Morigakure his ancestors and immediate family were not soldiers or shinobi of great or noteworthy merit. Thus it had come to a surprise within his family when he had wanted to join the academy. At even an early age he advanced quickly through the classes of the academy and although his test results and practical were done well he never graduated year after year. This was due to the thoughts of his chunin teachers who learned about his colder personality and his reluctance to meet and get to know other students. Although they could have passed him over to become a Genin they knew the importance of teamwork within a genin team and thus had saved him the humiliation of being kicked out of a Genin team and instead held at the academy.

The presence of an Uzumaki in Morigakure may seem like a strange sight but before he was born his parents believed themselves to be Senju. It was only after he was born that they realized they must have at least some Uzumaki blood in their family and that his birth was the first resurgence of this gene in their immediate

Description: Utilizing the premaked method of Enkyori jiko noroi shīru [Ranged Self-cursing Seal] and two or more premarked objects the user is able to create an area where they are able to apply Jigou Jubaku no In [Self-Cursing Seal] at a distance and to multiple people. Using a premaked kunai as an example if the user were to throw a kunai at one side of a target and one at their feet then they would be able to apply Jigou Jubaku no In [Self-Cursing Seal] to that target since they are within the area between the two kunai. If you were to use three kunai the area would turn into a triangle and any target inside that triangle could have the mark applied to them.
