Bulk Global Advanced Ability Jutsu Submission Event

To celebrate our forum launch, and in order to better fill our global lists so new members can explore a more diverse set of ideas and character builds, we are holding on final round of global submission promotional events.

From the period of 5/27/16 until midnight US Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, June 30, you may submit Global Advanced Ability profiles in bulk as responses to this thread. This is one of several threads holding this type of promotion, all of which have their own rewards.

Quick Note:

While we appreciate the effort, rewards will only be given for Original ideas. Copying and pasting from one jutsu list and converting the language to be appropriate to another (Such as converting a normal Lightning element technique to proton element) may be able to be placed on the global list, but the purpose of this event is to diversify available forum concepts. While such submissions may be added to the global list, you will not receive any ryu for such submissions, and they will not count toward your total submission count.

Rewards
Participating in this promotion will net you a number of possible rewards. First of all, everyone who submits at least ONE idea between ALL the bulk submission event threads will receive a “Full Jutsu Reset” token and “Full Trait Reset Token”

In addition, you will receive Ryu for each idea you submit. The more you submit, the higher the rewards! All rewards will be paid out on Friday, July 1. Each individual promotion thread has its own tiers and rewards, separate from one another. Please see the tiers below to determine your prizes:

1-5 submissions: 25 Ryu each
6-10 submissions: 50 Ryu Each
11-25 submissions: 100 Ryu Each
26-50 Submissions: 150 Ryu Each
51 or more submissions: 200 Ryu each

Iryo Suiton: Mizu Kamakiri [Medical Water Release: Water Praying Mantis]
Rank: B
Requirements: Suiton, Chakra no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]
Description: The user can form giant mantis-like claws on their arms made of water, extending the range of their attack. The user applies a chakra flow through the claws similar to the chakra scalpel, drastically increasing its cutting potential.
Limitations: Much less precise than Chakra no Mesu, this can only cause external cuts like a regular bladed attack.
Cost: 70 to activate, 20 to maintain

Iryo Suiton: Mizu Kurage [Medical Water Release: Water Jellyfish]
Rank: B
Requirements: Suiton, Shousen Jutsu
Description: The user stores medical chakra inside a jellyfish made out of water and attaches it to a target, the jellyfish then becomes invisible until it is used. If the target is damaged while the jellyfish is active it proceeds to heal them for the same amount as Shousen Jutsu until it is drained. After it is used or its time runs out the jellyfish cannot be reused and the jutsu must be recast.
Limitations: The jellyfish can only stay active for three posts
Drawbacks: If no damage is taken, the chakra used is wasted.
Cost: 70

Juuin Kyuushuu [Cursed Seal Absorption]
Rank: B
Requirements: Access to Cursed Seal State 2
Description: The user makes physical contact with their target and begins to absorb their chakra, adding it to their own pool. This is painful for anyone without a cursed seal.
Limitations: Must be in physical contact with the target.
Cost: Drains 50 Chakra per post of contact.

Juuin Touku Kyuushuu [Cursed Seal Distant Absorption]
Rank: A
Requirements: Access to Cursed Seal State 2, Juuin Kyuushuu
Description: The user is now able to drain chakra through a siphon from their target from a distance, this is a painful process and is visible as a tendril of darkness links the target with the user.
Limitations: 10m range. Drains 50 Chakra per post
Weaknesses: Chakra siphon is visible
Cost: 20 chakra to activate

Juuin Goukei Kyuushuu [Cursed Seal Total Absorption]
Rank: A
Requirements: Access to Cursed Seal State 2, Juuin Kyuushuu
Description: The user is now able to drain chakra through a siphon from anyone within range of this jutsu, this is a painful process and is visible as a tendril of darkness links each target with the user.
Limitations: 5m Radius. Drains 50 Chakra per post per target in range.
Weaknesses: Chakra siphon's are visible
Cost: 20 chakra to activate

Senpo: Henkan [Sage Art: Transformation]
Rank: C
Requirements: Imperfect Sage Mode
Description: The Sage uses nature chakra to alter their own body in some way related to the summons who taught them, allowing them to add or remove traits that they develop from sage mode as they will it. This can do anything from creating wings or adding claws to enhancing relevant senses.
Limitations: Only one change can be made per post, changes made using this jutsu cannot be removed while Sage mode remains active
Cost: 40 Sage Chakra

Senpo: Doubutsu Tanjou [Sage Art: Animal Creation]
Rank: C
Requirements: Imperfect Sage Mode
Description: After making the appropriate handseals the user opens their mouth and begins to create a number of small versions of their chosen summoning creature. The animals grow to their full size quickly once out of the user's mouth. The user is able to focus on a creature made with this jutsu and use its senses as though they were their own, this includes talking through them.
Limitations: 20 Creatures maximum
Drawbacks: Creatures created this way are as strong as natural animals of their species
Cost: 4 Sage Chakra per creature.

Senpo: Shizukesa [Sage Art: Tranquility]
Rank: B
Requirements: Perfect Sage Mode
Description: The user becomes one with nature, entering a meditative trance as their bodily processes slow to almost nothing. In this state the Sage's chakra sense reaches a 15 mile radius, which can be extended to 30 miles if they focus all their attention in a single direction. As the body has practically ceased to function, any wounds, diseases, or even the process of aging, slow down to an equal amount. Can be maintained indefinitely as long as the Sage is undisturbed.
Limitations: Takes at least one post for the sage to come back to full consciousness.
Weaknesses: Cannot move while this is active
Drawbacks: Sage mode is immediately ended when this jutsu is ended.
Cost: 120 Sage Chakra

Senpo: Toumin [Sage Art: Hibernate]
Rank: A
Requirements: Senpo: Shizukesa
Description: The user becomes one with nature, entering a meditative trance as their bodily processes slow to almost nothing as they sink into the earth. In this state the Sage's chakra sense drops down to 65 feet. As the body has practically ceased to function, any wounds, diseases, or even the process of aging, slow down to an equal amount. Additionally, the Sage is able to draw nature chakra into their body in order to heal themselves. This is a very slow process. Can be maintained indefinitely as long as the Sage is undisturbed.
Limitations: Takes two posts to return to full consciousness
Weaknesses: The Sage is unable to move while this is active
Drawbacks: Sage Mode is immediately deactivated after this.
Cost: 150 Sage Chakra

Renzoku Futsuu no Panchi [Consecutive Normal Punches]

Requirements: 6th Gate Open, Strength above 50
Description: The user launches a volley of quick, single handed punches from their right hand that are capable of tearing apart chunks of lead. These punches happen so fast that it appears as though the user has sprouted multiple arms.
Cost: 100

Ryoute Renzoku Futsu no Panchi [Two Handed Consecutive Normal Punches]
Rank: A
Requirements: 6th Gate Open, Strength above 50, Renzoku Futsuu no Panchi
Description: The user launches a volley of quick punches from both their hands that are capable of tearing apart chunks of lead. These punches happen so fast that it is practically impossible to see the user's movements.
Cost: 110

Maji Hanpukuyokotobi [Serious Side Hops]
Rank: A
Requirements: 6th Gate Open, Speed above 50
Description: The user hops from side to side, forward or backwards, leaving a series of solid looking after images to confuse their opponent. Much like shunshin, the user's hops are a form of near instantaneous movement rather than teleportation. This may be combined with other taijutsu.
Limitations: Can only hop five feet per movement.
Cost: 20 to activate, 20 per hop.

Maji Zadzuki [Serious Headbutt] X
Rank: S
Requirements: 6th Gate Open, Endurance above 50
Description: The user headbutts an attack with sufficient force to reflect it back or away at twice its original strength (S-Rank Jutsu do not have their strength doubled)
Drawbacks: Consecutive uses of this technique will result in bone fractures to the skull.
Cost: 30 Chakra per rank of the reflected jutsu starting from C (C=30, B=60, etc.)

Maji Naguri [Serious Punch]
Rank: S
Requirements: 7th Gate Open
Description: The user throws a single punch with all of their strength, strong enough to shatter diamond with ease if it connects. The shockwave from this punch extends in a cone for 50m (164 feet) and is capable of destroying solid stone. The build up of the user's chakra within their fist is capable of completely negating a jutsu if it is struck directly with this punch.
Drawbacks: Forces the user to deactivate 7th Gate, dealing with the consequences
Cost: 200
