Welcome to the NPC Bank. This Bank is used to store all recurring NPCs that are available for public use. If an NPC is placed here, you may use said NPC for any future threads you wish. Additionally, you may create an NPC via the normal creation system to be placed here. There are, however, a few rules regarding the NPCs placed here.

- An NPC cannot be Jounin captain to two teams at once. If a Jounin NPC is claimed, such information will be edited into that NPC's post, indicating who is in the team this NPC is teaching.

- An NPC placed here cannot be killed or permanently maimed by anyone other than the original creator of the NPC, unless the creator of said NPC has given express permission. If a situation will logically cause death or maiming, the NPCer is expected to find some way to make the NPC both survive the encounter intact and be removed from the fight.

- When creating an NPC, all custom additions to said NPC should be applied for within the same post as the NPC itself.

- An NPC may have more NP than their base limit. They may not have as enough NP to reach the next rank above them. When calculating NP, keep in mind how many NP they would have due to previous rank ups, as well as the NP they should have due to their rank.

- Sei Jounin NPCs may only be created by staff. NPCs with special ranks that are limited in number, such as Kage, may also only be created by staff. Limited Rank NPCs may only be NPC'd by staff or users who have been given explicit staff permission. Otherwise, there is no rank limitation.

- If you create an NPC to be submitted to the bank, you are consenting to let ANYONE use the NPC. The second rule listed above is designed to protect against spiteful destruction of your work, but keep that in mind-if you choose to put your NPC in this bank, you do not have control over who uses it. If you would prefer having an NPC for personal use only, consider creating a minor ninja.

- NPCs placed here follow all rules of Minor Ninja unless this post contradicts a rule. In the instance of a rule contradiction, this post takes precedence over the Minor Ninja rules.

Description: Chouten is ordinarily a stout, obese man, with long, formerly red hair that has almost completed its transition to grey. He bears a thick beard and mustache that falls midway down his chest. His eyes are small and well hidden under his heavy cheeks, but when visible, they are a warm, heavy black color all the way through. Chouten is rarely seen without a smile on his face, such that his face seems to have a permanent curve about it.

While he typically wears his pale blue Asakage robes and hat, when he does not (and under his robes), he wears a dark red jumpsuit and heavy metal plates over his chest, back, shoulders, and thighs. Additionally, he wears a belt of metal plated tassets. Finally, while he does wear ninja sandals, he wears weighted shoes. The armor is heavy, but does not impede Chouten-he is much too strong for that. Rather, he relies on the weight of the armor to give his own attacks more impact and to further capitalize on his clan's abilities.

In the rare occasion that Chouten engages his Butterfly Mode, it becomes obvious to all around that under all the fat, Chouten is one of the strongest people in the village. Chouten, when his fat is gone, bears an incredibly muscular physique, broad of shoulder and chest, with a great deal of definition all about his body. His body becomes almost entirely muscle, completely unyielding to the touch. His face also slims considerably, allowing his eyes to become more evident.

Personality: Chouten seems every bit the jolly old grandfather type. His hearty bellows are known widely throughout the village, and its not uncommon to see Chouten playing with children in the park or at the academy. His mirth has earned him the nickname Grampa Chouten from the children of the village.

In combat, however, Chouten's entire demeanor changes. The vanishes from his face, replaced by a stern, rage-filled grimace. Chouten takes combat very seriously, and considers it the most grievous offense to take a life happily. He weighs the value of every death carefully before he carries it out, but that does not mean he hesitates to do what must be done-many have mistaken Chouten's value of life to be a reluctance to kill. Most of them are dead now.

Background Chouten was formerly the head of his clan, though when he accepted the position of Asakage, he relinquished that title to his son. Before becoming Kage, however, he led his clan to greatness, proving a formidable force on the battlefield on multiple occasions. Chouten's proficiency with his clan's techniques is tremendous, such that he can compete with even the largest of Akuma.

Chouten has been the Kage of Akiragakure for the last ten years, following the deaths, both of its previous kage (Senju Akarama), and of the man thought to take the title after his eventual death (Shishimaru). Chouten was chosen in the absence of those two, but he was by no means inferior.

Since Chouten has been Asakage, the village's death rate has dropped drastically, as a result of Chouten's policy of caution and emphasis on defending one's comrades. There are some in the village who feel Chouten is too cautious, but so far, their discontent has been mostly ignored for favor of Chouten's far more cautious approach to leadership.

Description: Your clones are more capable of using jutsu, making them more capable in combat. At least 3 clones must be active for this trait to kick in.
Benefit: Physical Clones receive a 10% chakra cost reduction when performing jutsu. This reduction only applies to jutsu used by clones, and does not apply to jutsu that take a fraction of the user's chakra, such as other clone techniques. This stacks with all other forms of chakra cost reduction, though the cost of a jutsu can never be less than 1.

Description: You are a constant source of positivity for those around you. Your upbeat attitude and never-say-die personality keep your allies moving when they'd break down without you.

Heavy
Description: You can throw your weight around with the best of em, using it to supplement your strength as best you can.
Benefit: +2 to Strength for every 25 lbs over 100 your character weighs. A maximum of 6 Attribute Points may be gained this way.

No Guard
Description: You trade blow for blow, with the knowledge that you hit harder, and will win first.
Benefit: +6 divided as the user chooses among to Strength and Endurance as long as you do not dodge or block attacks

Description: You have dedicated a great deal of training into their ability to carry more weight.
Benefit: Your speed and agility decrease by 1 point for every 10 lbs of inventory, as opposed to 5

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
Rank: E
Description: The user creates a clone of themselves. The clone looks just like the user in every way, to include current injuries and damage to clothing. The clone can be controlled mentally by the user as long as the user can see or otherwise detect what the clone is doing. Multiple clones can be made simultaneously, but each must be maintained separately as a distinct jutsu use.
Limitations:
- The clone is intangible, being made entirely of chakra. This limitation cannot be removed.
- It cannot harm anything, though it does not necessarily disperse as soon as contact is made. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This type of clone has no consciousness of its own and cannot make its own decisions.
- This clone has a range limit of 100 feet from the user. This limitation cannot be removed, but can be extended.
Cost: 5 Chakra per Clone

Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]
Rank: E
Description: The user alters his or her appearance to look like something else. This transformation looks and feels real.
Limitations:
- The transformation cannot be unreasonably different in size to the user. They may, for instance, transform into a puppy or a large piece of furniture such as a bed-however, insects and objects much larger than a bed are not possible. This size limitation varies depending on the user's natural size. This limitation cannot be removed.
- Transforming is only skin deep-the transformation may feel real, but transforming into a metal object does not make you extra durable, nor does changing into a bird let you fly, etc. This limitation cannot be removed.
Weaknesses: Any physical damage done to the user immediately dispels the illusion, as well as any reasonably distracting event. This weakness can only be removed by obtaining the Trait that allows for it.
Cost: 5 Chakra to create the Henge, 1 Chakra to maintain it

Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Replacement Technique]

Requirements: Nearby debris roughly the size of the user
Description: With this technique, a user replaces their body with an inanimate object the moment an attack lands. This is done to evade an attack at the last second, making the opponent think the attack landed when in fact, it did not.
Limitations:
- This technique has a range limit of 25 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only expanded.
- The object the user replaced themselves with must be of approximate size to the user. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique must be prepared a full post before it is used, and if no occasion comes about to use the technique, the chakra and handseals are wasted.

Nawanuke no Jutsu [Rope Escape Technique]

Description: This technique allows one to escape from ropes and wires tied to prevent their escape. This is done by using chakra to physically loosen or to sever the ropes. This technique does not require handseals.
Limitations: This technique does not work on heavy restraints or those made of chakra. This limitation cannot be removed.

Description: The user throws a projectile in such a way that it strikes another projectile in midair. Skilled users of this technique can even throw their projectiles in such a way as to purposefully change the direction of both projectiles.

Rank: E
Description: The user focuses chakra to their legs, allowing them to leap higher and further than they'd naturally be capable of. Using this technique, a ninja can easily leap to the top of a light pole, or jump across a wide road. This technique does not require handseals.

Kakuremino no Jutsu [Cloak of Invisibility Technique]

Requirements: A cloth of similar design to the background.
Description: The user hides behind a cloth, using chakra to make it blend in even better to the background, removing any apparent edges or folds on the cloth. This could render the user completely invisible if used with a cloth with an appropriate design.
Limitations:
- This technique must be used with an appropriate cloth. This limitation cannot be removed.
- Only very slight movements can be made while this technique is active. This limitation cannot be removed.
Weaknesses: Viewing the user from any angle that the cloth does not obstruct the user from the viewer's line of sight renders the technique useless. This weakness cannot be removed.
Cost: 5 Chakra to create effect, 1 Chakra to maintain

Kage Shuriken no Jutsu [Shadow Shuriken Technique]

Requirements: 2 similarly sized shuriken
Description: The user throws two shuriken at once, hiding one shuriken behind or beneath the other. Chakra is used to ensure the second shuriken follows the first in such a fashion that the target cannot easily detect the second shuriken.

Sakki [Killing Intent]
Rank: E
Requirements:
Description: The user employs chakra to project an air of intimidation to those around them. An especially high difference in ability results in a greater effect, potentially terrifying a target into paralysis. This technique does not require handseals, but typically requires eye contact.
Cost: 3 Chakra per target

Ki Nobori [Tree Walking]
Rank: C
Description: By focusing chakra to one's feet, a ninja can adhere themselves to sheer surfaces, such as trees, walls, cliffs, and can even walk upside down. This technique is usually used through the feet, but may be used from any body part. If this technique is known by a Chuunin or higher shinobi, it does not require concentration. This technique does not require handseals.
Cost: 20 to activate; 5 to maintain

Suimen no Hokou [Water Surface Walking]
Rank: C
Description: By emitting a constant stream of chakra from the user's feet, the user may walk on the surface of water as if it was solid. This technique is usually used through the feet, but may be used from any body part. If this technique is known by a Chuunin or higher shinobi, it does not require concentration. This technique does not require handseals.
Cost: 20 to activate; 5 to maintain

Genjutsu Kai [Mind Technique Release]
Rank: C - S
Description: While holding the Rat seal, the user forcibly halts their chakra flow, then rapidly rushes a greater amount of chakra to their head. This process disperses the chakra causing a Genjutsu to occur, and can break it in such a fashion.
- You must be able to form the Rat handseal, unless you have a means to cast this particular jutsu without handseals.
- You must break every Genjutsu effect on a single genjutsu at once, though if you are affected by multiple Genjutsu, you may choose which Genjutsu to target.
- You do NOT need to break an Aftershock effect.
- You do NOT need to break effects that your Willpower is allowing you to ignore.
- To break a genjutsu of a certain rank with Genjutsu Kai, you must possess the appropriately ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. There is a Genjutsu Kai for ranks C through S. If you possess a Genjutsu of that rank and each rank prior, you may ignore this requirement, so long as you have at least the C-ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. If you do not possess a genjutsu of the appropriate rank, a jutsu slot must be used to obtain the later ranks of Genjutsu Kai. Only the C-ranked Genjutsu Kai is free for non-Genjutsu using characters.
- Even those incapable of learning Ninjutsu or Genjutsu can use Genjutsu Kai.
- Genjutsu Kai may be used on another individual by contact. Other than the required handseal, all rules for Genjutsu Kai must still be followed while using it in this way.
Cost: The cost of the Genjutsu being countered + the cost of any active side-effects + 5 chakra for the base effect and any active side effects

Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]
Rank: C
Description: The user holds a single seal and focuses their chakra for a few seconds. The user immediately moves to a new location, moving so fast that they appear to teleport. This is just chakra-assisted movement, however. This technique usually employs some sort of cover to further hide the user's movements. This technique may be used to move vertically, but it must begin while the user is on a surface they can push off of.
Limitations:
- The user cannot change direction once their movement has begun.
- The user cannot react to threats during their movement. This limitation cannot be removed.
- There must be no obstructions between the user and their intended end location. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique has a range limit of 20 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended.
- If no cover is used, the opponent may see the user leaning in the direction they intended to go.
Cost: 25 Chakra

Kaihou [Open]
Rank: C
Description: By forcing chakra into a locking mechanism and taking control of the chakra itself to manipulate the lock, almost any lock can be opened with this technique. The user can also lock any lock without a key by using this technique. This technique requires no handseals.
Limitations: This technique takes a few seconds to use.

Chikaku [Perception]
Rank: C
Description: The user closes his or her eyes and focuses instead on one of their other senses. So long as the user does not open their eyes, their perception in regards to that single sense is doubled. This technique does not involve chakra.
Drawbacks: The user must remain still while using this technique.

Ken Tokki [Fist Bump]
Rank: C
Description: This technique requires no handseals, but instead requires "bumping" an individual's fist with your own. Doing so allows a minor amount of chakra to leak both ways, which allows both sides to understand the intentions and motives of the other more readily. This technique cannot be used against an unwilling individual.
Cost: 5

Tsuiseki [Tracking]
Rank: C
Description: By focusing only on the trail they are following, a shinobi may block out sights and sounds unrelated to their target. This in turn makes details related to the trail stand out more accurately. This can be applied to any method the user is utilizing to track a target, and does not utilize chakra.
Limitations: The user must already have a trail to follow. This limitation cannot be removed.
Drawbacks: The user may not notice hazards around them; it is not recommended to use this technique alone. This drawback may not be removed.

Description: The user thrusts down with a powerful palm strike, slamming the opponent against the ground.

Description: The user grabs the opponent's feet and spins around rapidly, twirling the target by their feet until the user sends them hurling.

Description: The user thrusts forward with a powerful palm strike. Using proper form to keep their arm and hand rigid, this could crack bone.

Shougekishou [Slamming Palm]

Description: The user times their strike perfectly to let gravity do most of the work for them, attacking straight above them with a powerful palm strike. This is only useful when the opponent is above the user, but is most useful when the opponent is actually falling towards the user.

Tokken [Tackle]
Rank: D
Requirements: None
Description: The user lowers their head while charging the opponent, ramming their shoulder into the foe with great force. This may be aimed at the legs for larger opponents or angled down against smaller ones, but the objective remains the same-knock the opponent to the ground.

Suishin-ha Suto [Propeller Strike]
Rank: D
Requirements: A staff or similar weapon
Description: The user twirls their staff overhead in a twirling pattern before bringing it in front of them in a diagonal circular motion. This gives it a unique momentum that has slightly more impact and is slightly more difficult to dodge than a normal horizontal slash.

Baika no Jutsu [Multi-Size Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: Akimichi Clan
Description: The user uses their chakra to enhance their size. This has one of two applications, to be decided upon each individual use of the technique. The user can either enhance just their torso, changing their body to resemble a large ball, or the user can enhance their entire body at once, becoming giants 5 times their original height as listed on their application.
Cost: 25 chakra to activate (Ball Form), 5 to maintain ; 40 chakra to activate (Giant Form), 10 to maintain

Gekiha Houyou [Crushing Hug]
Rank: C
Requirements: None.
Description: The user wraps his arms around his opponent's body or both body and arms, and then crushes him. The air will escape the opponent's lungs and they won't be able to breath. Afterward, their body will be stiff for awhile. With impressive strength weak bones may even break.

Mangetsu no Duraipa [Full Moon Driver]
Rank: C
Requirements: Chouyaku [Leap]
Description: This technique is performed by getting behind the opponent and bringing your arms from under the targets, and locking them back. Once the opponents arms are locked, the user leaps up high into the air, using a boost of chakra which is pushed out from the users feet. While in the air, still holding onto the opponent the user pulls back, and doing 1-2 somersault revolutions, uses the added momentum to whip the opponent into the ground, followed by the user driving his knees into the opponent with the added momentum from the fall as well.

Suishin-ha Tate [Propeller Shield]
Rank: C
Requirements: Staff or similar weapon
Description: The user rapidly twirls their staff directly in front of them in a circular motion, creating an effective shield. This is useful for blocking a barrage of projectiles, or for deterring standard melee attacks against the user. The blurred motion of this attack also makes it difficult to determine the staff’s true position, setting up for a less predictable follow up strike.
Cost: 25

Doton no Yoroi [Earth Release Armor]
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: The user grows rocks from their body, which act as an armor. This also allows the user to amplify their strikes by weighing them down with rock, or simply making the strikes harder. The user can cover their whole body or only a certain part of their body with these rocks.
Drawbacks: If the armor covers a joint, that joint will be unable to bend until the armor is removed; For each of the following body parts that is covered in rock, the user's speed is reduced by 2: Forearm, Upper Arm, Lower leg, Upper leg, Torso (front), Torso (back), Head. Hands and feet count as forearm and lower leg, respectively. This drawback cannot be removed.
Cost: 15 for each "section" covered

Hari Jizou [Needle Jizou]

Requirements: None
Description: After a series of handseals, the user causes their hair to length and wrap around their body. It then extends into several needle-shapes by being hardened and sharpened with chakra.

Iwagakure Wana [Hidden Rock Trap]
Rank: C
Requirements: Doton
Description: The user places a seal on a surface and leaves the area. The next creature to pass by the surface activates the trap, which launches a pillar of stone from the seal, pushing the victim away. This technique is best used near a cliff face.
Seal Description 3 intersecting lines of sealing marks; invisible until activated, at which point, it glows red.
Cost: 20


B-rank
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
Rank: B
Description: The user forms the clone handseal and creates a clone of themselves. Unlike normal Bunshin, however, this clone is corporeal, and can act on its own. The user splits his chakra evenly with any clones he creates, but also recovers some of the unspent chakra when the clone is defeated. The clones can use any jutsu or Advanced Ability the user can use, except for those that cause a great deal of harm to the body, such as the 8 Gates. Additionally, any experiences or memories the clone has that occurred after its creation are sent back to the user. This does not affect training unless otherwise indicated. Abilities that see chakra cannot differentiate between the user and his clones. The clones can withstand a few hits before dispersing. Shadow Clones also have no range limit, making these clones ideal for espionage. The clone itself provides the needed concentration to maintain this technique. Multiple clones may be created at the same time. Effects utilizing chakra can only be copied if the clone pays the cost as well. The clone may copy the appearance of using those abilities, however, if not doing so would give away the clone's identity.
Drawbacks: The user can only receive a maximum of the chakra used to create the clone -40.

Description: The user converts calories within their body into chakra; this chakra is then expelled from the body, taking on the form of large butterfly wings formed of chakra from the user's back. While employing this technique, the user's Strength is enhanced by 45 points, and the user's chakra is replenished depending on how much weight the user lost-typically, the user replenishes the same amount of chakra equal to twice many pounds of weight were lost in the transition. The exact number may vary, but the typical weight with no body fat is between 90 lbs and 150 lbs, depending on one's body type. If you possess this jutsu, you are required to mention on your profile how heavy the user is after using this technique.
Limitations: Due to the technique's nature, it can obviously be used very sparingly-only once every OOC month.
Drawbacks: After use, the user will be very exhausted and extremely hungry. If not treated immediately, the user may die of starvation in a few hours following the use of this technique.

Description: Kazue is a taller woman, and powerfully built with incredibly toned musculature all over her body, particularly her shoulders and back. Kazue is blonde, and typically wears her waist-length hair in a dozen ponytails, one for every Akuma she has personally defeated. She has a rather piercing set of pale blue eyes set in a thin, severe face. Kazue exudes a calm, dangerous kind of beauty. She wears a unique black top; the neckline is made of a single scarf-like piece of cloth that loops around her neck and crosses over each of her breasts. The back of the cloth around the neck can be pulled up over Kazue's head as a hood. As the cloth reaches her waist, it connects to the other side over her lower back and hangs down to her knees, like a half-cape. Under that top, she wears a steel wire mesh shirt over a white silk tunic; both items are long sleeved. The silken sleeves are tucked into a pair of fingerless black gloves. The tunic is longer than the steel wire shirt, and hangs down to her knees. 4 slits have been cut into the extra bit of fabric, in every diagonal direction from Kazue's perspective, allowing her freedom of movement. Lastly, she wears a variation of the traditional ninja shoes, but as a long pair of boots instead. The boots reach high enough to be concealed by the silk shirt.

Lastly, Kazue wears a pair of odd sheathes over her lower back, which house her infamous shortspears. She wears no other weapons, and has sewn her ninja headband into the back of the neck on her top. When folded as a hood, the headband rests against Kazue's forehead.

Personality: Kazue Onikira, as her name implies (Onikira = Demon Killer), has an intense hatred of demons. She has a very strict persona, particularly when it comes to other ninja-in her view, the ultimate purpose of a Ninja is to fight demons. Anything less than perfection, then, is a failure on the part of the offending ninja that can and will lead to innocents getting killed. Against Akuma, she shows no mercy, and is known for her fearsome battle style, in which she utilizes both of her shortspears in a rotary style. She earned her nickname, Akira's Spinning Razor, via this style, a technique that has killed a dozen separate Akuma. Kazue is the village's premiere Akuma hunter as a result. Despite her severe attitude regarding perfection, Kazue does have a soft side-it just takes a while to get there.

Background Born Kazue Minamoto, Kazue's life was ordinary until she became a Genin. That was when she met her sensei, Shishimaru. Shishimaru, the village's best Akuma hunter to ever live, taught Kazue everything he knew. Kazue killed her first Akuma under Shishimaru's careful observation, but he wouldn't get to see her second Akuma kill. Shishimaru met his end fighting Akuma; he killed three before attracting their attention, providing the opening Kazue needed to escape. Since that day, Kazue has made it her purpose to hunt down and defeat the most dangerous of Akuma. She marks every A-rank or higher Akuma she slays with an additional ponytail. Due to her incredible skill (and preferred victim), Kazue started being referred to as Onikira-a name she immediately took as her own.

Until recently, the village had judged her too harsh on potential students to be a Jounin leader; while her skill was undeniable, her obsession with fighting Akuma and the demands she placed on her students outweighed it. She has finally been assigned her first Genin team, however, and intends to whip it into shape.

Appearance: The spears are identical to each other. Their handles are long and notched, but otherwise simple, and almost seem to be made of ordinary tree branches. When the weapons are conjoined, they join seamlessly, as if they were one long piece of wood. The blades curve gradually along their length, and are sharpened on both edges. When conjoined, the blades curve in opposite directions.
History: These incredible blades were forged back in the days of the second demon war. Originally, plans were made to mass-produce the weapons, but the creator only managed to make four such blades before the Akuma learned of their terrifying potential and destroyed him. The blades survived, however, and were passed down the original smith's family, eventually passing into the possession of the elite shinobi, Shishimaru. While he never had children of his own, he gifted two of the blades to his favored apprentice, Kazue Minamoto, who has since put them to great use, slaughtering dozens of lesser Akuma and going out of her way to fight even the more powerful ones.
Specialties: As their name implies, these weapons are capable of killing Akuma. They must still land a proper killing blow, and do no extra damage to Akuma, but any Akuma killed with these weapons will stay dead, and cannot reform. Additionally, the spears attach to each other at the end, allowing them to be wielded as a double-sided longspear. Kazue is proficient with both styles.

Description: The user creates a clone of themselves. The clone looks just like the user in every way, to include current injuries and damage to clothing. The clone can be controlled mentally by the user as long as the user can see or otherwise detect what the clone is doing. Multiple clones can be made simultaneously, but each must be maintained separately as a distinct jutsu use.
Limitations:
- The clone is intangible, being made entirely of chakra. This limitation cannot be removed.
- It cannot harm anything, though it does not necessarily disperse as soon as contact is made. This limitation cannot be removed.

Description: While holding the Rat seal, the user forcibly halts their chakra flow, then rapidly rushes a greater amount of chakra to their head. This process disperses the chakra causing a Genjutsu to occur, and can break it in such a fashion.
- You must be able to form the Rat handseal, unless you have a means to cast this particular jutsu without handseals.
- You must break every Genjutsu effect on a single genjutsu at once, though if you are affected by multiple Genjutsu, you may choose which Genjutsu to target.
- You do NOT need to break an Aftershock effect.
- You do NOT need to break effects that your Willpower is allowing you to ignore.
- To break a genjutsu of a certain rank with Genjutsu Kai, you must possess the appropriately ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. There is a Genjutsu Kai for ranks C through S. If you possess a Genjutsu of that rank and each rank prior, you may ignore this requirement, so long as you have at least the C-ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. If you do not possess a genjutsu of the appropriate rank, a jutsu slot must be used to obtain the later ranks of Genjutsu Kai. This is just chakra-assisted movement, however. This technique usually employs some sort of cover to further hide the user's movements. This technique may be used to move vertically, but it must begin while the user is on a surface they can push off of.
Limitations:
- The user cannot change direction once their movement has begun.
- The user cannot react to threats during their movement. This limitation cannot be removed.
- There must be no obstructions between the user and their intended end location. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique has a range limit of 20 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended.
- If no cover is used, the opponent may see the user leaning in the direction they intended to go.

Description: The user creates a more powerful Chidori, which steadily takes on the shape of a lion's head around their hand, with the lion's mane extending backwards to envelop the user's entire forearm. The ordinary chirping of this technique is replaced with a low rumbling, akin to continuous thunder. After the technique is formed, the user charges forward, plunging their hand towards a target as before. However, when this technique connects, it not only pierces the target, but bolts of chidori spread across the target's body, ripping long wounds along the length of the body as well. As the user extracts their hand from the victim, the technique releases one final devastating burst, sending sharp, curving bolts of lightning through the body from the inside out. His claws are solid black, and each is as a short sword. He does not wear a headband, but his fur has swirling lines cut into it, creating a pattern throughout his body of lighter vine-like designs. Makoda's fingers are slightly longer than a natural lion's enabling him to use handseals when sitting erect on his hindquarters.

Personality: Makoda is haughty and regal, and dislikes exhausting himself unnecessarily. Even so, he is a vicious fighter when pressed, and can be relied upon if summoned at appropriate times.

Background Makoda's most famous accomplishment was that, a mere decade ago, he was the personal summon of Shishimaru, a man rumored to have been one of Akarigakure's most powerful shinobi. When Shishimaru fell in battle along with Makoda's brother, Makoda passed his services along to Shishimaru's apprentice, Kazue. Characteristics: A large man...a very large man. Skin coloration is tan, well built muscular physique, towering and stern face yet kindhearted.
Hair: Short dark and sideburns that reach almost like a mustache.
Eyes: Dark green.
Clothing: Navy green turtle neck shirt with long sleeves. Long legged brown pants. Black shoes. His forehead protector is wrapped tightly around his forehead basically, but sometimes he'll wrap it around his right shoulder when he wants it out of the way. When teaching a class he'll wear his Jounin vest over-top his turtleneck shirt. If the temperature isn't too bad he'll also be seen wearing his long trench coat, especially in cold climates.


Personality:
Doran is quite the smooth man, he talks with a calming tone despite his large size to show he's friendly. He's very kindhearted and compassionate, believing strongly in the fact that everyone is bound for greatness and anyone who needs help, he'll be more than willing to help. Even though he acts soft and looks large, he is extremely dedicated and strong willed against those who would threaten what he loves. Nation, village, and family. He is also very smart when it comes to moments that don't require combat, capable of using his friendly tone to assist in negotiations. All in all he is very hard to anger, if someone does anger him then the fight will get tougher but he mood won't seem to change. He prefers to keep his actions under his control and not be forced into doing something that might aid his opponents. At the same time he has nerves of steel, able to stand his ground against even the toughest foes. He's not fearless, fear is natural and nothing to be ashamed of in his mind, but he has enough determination and reason not to back down. He often takes jabs at his older brother Mokurama; his apparent little brother yet still older brother, but he still gives him the proper respect as the head of their clan. It shows he's got a sense of humor when someone comments on their differences and he won't let such a good topic of humor go to waste while still remaining respectful. It just can't be helped.

Growing up in the shadow of his older brother, Doran spent most of his time shadowing him out of curiosity. He could tell his brother was meant for great things but knew only the most basic of things that everyone knew; skilled shinobi, heir to inherit the Senju clan leadership, and a great man to follow. From the youngest years of his life, Doran was always overshadowed by his older brother. Being older and more talented, Mokurama got all the attention from their parents and fellow Senju clansmen but Doran wasn't one to complain. He quietly put up with the "younger brother" bit that most people like him held. Soon enough the two of them were given even more to do when they entered into the shinobi academy, and of course Mokurama was topping the classes there too. But Doran kept to his choices. With more time spent on training in the academy, doing more training in his free time only added up in total amount of time spent on physical and spiritual training. However, the brothers were still top in their class and many could easily view this as sibling competition but they didn't see it that way. They focused on their studies and didn't even notice this comparison in the slightest. They weren't interested in competing with one another they just wanted to do their best to better themselves for the sake of the clan.

When they became Genin they saw less of each other as they were set in separate teams, but when they could see each other one thing really stood out. Doran's growth spurt. He was getting larger quite fast and even though he was the younger brother they were the same height at the current moment. Mokurama could only be proud of his little brother for working so hard. When he joined his Genin team, Doran's talents started showing with his Ninjutsu skills coming through with the wood style. Like his brother his wood style was naturally shaped with great power, something he was really proud of for it was the mark of a true Senju. At the same time he also showed quite the amount of promise in physical skills, his body was well conditioned allowing him to go toe-to-toe with people even larger than him. He was also quite the natural with his Senju powers, capable of healing his wounds even at the Genin rank.

Having powerful jutsus and the chakra to perform them at such a young age and rank was quite something but for one in the Senju Clan it seemed more expected rather than anything else. His physical training allowed his body to grow big and fast, capable of even going against his older brother was something they both knew was possible. If it came down to a test of physical prowess Doran would win hands down. However, the pure talent and overall power of Mokurama's Ninjutsu put his physical prowess to shame almost but the two hardly had any chances to show how they stack up to one another. Besides it was more of a distraction because the difference in their stature, Doran being younger but much taller than Mokurama. They hardly concerned each other or themselves with something so trivial as how they compare skill wise. His team worked hard for a couple of years until they were finally allowed to jump straight into the upcoming Chuunin Exams but unfortunately for Doran his brother was also entering. The exams were pretty simple and quite easily blown through but when the competition round came around things got much more complex. It didn't take too long for Doran and Mokurama to come face-to-face in the arena. Their fight lasted the entire time limit but in the end Mokurama claimed victory, he simply had more tact and skills for taking on opponents than Doran did. It didn't bother him, however, but made him feel accomplished since he was able to show his brother how far he had come. Despite the turnout they both became Chuunin and saw each other even less, only making short visits at home where they barely spoke any due to this schedules.

Life as a Chuunin went pretty slow for Doran but his brother sped through it with ease and even skipped most of the steps, straight into the Jounin rank a short while later. He was a true prodigy, a truly gifted shinobi, a genius. But as always he couldn't ignore his little brother's, or rather his younger brother's, size as he practically doubled in size. He was already a couple of feet taller than him and it was impressing him, it certainly made it hard to call him a little brother at all. Doran spent his time like much of the rest of his life, between missions and training he hardly had any time for other topics like hobbies or socializing. He wasn't lacking in being social despite his lack of time spent doing it. His skills in negotiations and conversing were only as good as his skills in combat, neither was lacking against the other. Pretty soon Doran attained the rank of Jounin, and when he did, his life slowed down a bit as he spent more time training the future of the village. He performed a few missions to keep up with his training but the rest of his time was used to train Academy Students and Genin, looking forward to secure the future of the village. Despite his training and teachings he couldn't help but feel something was still missing, he felt unaccomplished in this stage of his life like something was missing. He approached Mokurama with this problem but he wasn't able to lend him any help only that "This is something you must learn for yourself" and suggested that he should go out on a journey. He decided to leave the village and wander the nation, completing missions in the name of the village, but with the true purpose being to find himself. He thanked his older brother and left that day.

Doran would be seen in the village every so often, training new students in the ways that he learned, helping them to hone their skills but what he truly taught them was learning in the field.
So he took them on many missions outside the village quite often, but also just as an excuse to get out more.

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Description: The user creates a clone of themselves. The clone looks just like the user in every way, to include current injuries and damage to clothing. The clone can be controlled mentally by the user as long as the user can see or otherwise detect what the clone is doing. Multiple clones can be made simultaneously, but each must be maintained separately as a distinct jutsu use.
Limitations:
- The clone is intangible, being made entirely of chakra. This limitation cannot be removed.
- It cannot harm anything, though it does not necessarily disperse as soon as contact is made. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This type of clone has no consciousness of its own and cannot make its own decisions.
- This clone has a range limit of 100 feet from the user. This limitation cannot be removed, but can be extended.

Description: The user alters his or her appearance to look like something else. This transformation looks and feels real.
Limitations:
- The transformation cannot be unreasonably different in size to the user. This size limitation varies depending on the user's natural size. This limitation cannot be removed.
- Transforming is only skin deep-the transformation may feel real, but transforming into a metal object does not make you extra durable, nor does changing into a bird let you fly, etc. This limitation cannot be removed.
Weaknesses: Any physical damage done to the user immediately dispels the illusion, as well as any reasonably distracting event. This weakness can only be removed by obtaining the Trait that allows for it.

Description: With this technique, a user replaces their body with an inanimate object the moment an attack lands. This is done to evade an attack at the last second, making the opponent think the attack landed when in fact, it did not.

- The object the user replaced themselves with must be of approximate size to the user. This limitation cannot be removed.

Genjutsu Kai [Mind Technique Release]

Description: While holding the Rat seal, the user forcibly halts their chakra flow, then rapidly rushes a greater amount of chakra to their head. This process disperses the chakra causing a Genjutsu to occur, and can break it in such a fashion.
- You must be able to form the Rat handseal, unless you have a means to cast this particular jutsu without handseals.
- You must break every Genjutsu effect on a single genjutsu at once, though if you are affected by multiple Genjutsu, you may choose which Genjutsu to target.
- You do NOT need to break an Aftershock effect.
- You do NOT need to break effects that your Willpower is allowing you to ignore.
- To break a genjutsu of a certain rank with Genjutsu Kai, you must possess the appropriately ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. There is a Genjutsu Kai for ranks C through S. If you possess a Genjutsu of that rank and each rank prior, you may ignore this requirement, so long as you have at least the C-ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. If you do not possess a genjutsu of the appropriate rank, a jutsu slot must be used to obtain the later ranks of Genjutsu Kai. Only the C-ranked Genjutsu Kai is free for non-Genjutsu using characters.

Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]

Description: The user holds a single seal and focuses their chakra for a few seconds. The user immediately moves to a new location, moving so fast that they appear to teleport. This is just chakra-assisted movement, however. This technique usually employs some sort of cover to further hide the user's movements. This technique may be used to move vertically, but it must begin while the user is on a surface they can push off of.
Limitations:
- The user cannot change direction once their movement has begun.
- The user cannot react to threats during their movement. This limitation cannot be removed.
- There must be no obstructions between the user and their intended end location. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique has a range limit of 20 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended.
- If no cover is used, the opponent may see the user leaning in the direction they intended to go.

Jibaku Fuuda: Kassei [Exploding Tag: Activate]

Description: Without arming an explosive tag, the individual who used it may activate this technique to remotely detonate it. This technique is performed by holding a single seal. Not only does this allow for greater versatility in setting the explosives, but the resultant explosion ends up being more powerful than if the tag had been used without the jutsu. The user may also deactivate other armed tags, but may not activate tags held or used by other people. Owning this technique allows the user to possess an additional 10 Exploding Tags per RPC rank.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
Rank: B
Description: The user forms the clone handseal and creates a clone of themselves. Unlike normal Bunshin, however, this clone is corporeal, and can act on its own. The user splits his chakra evenly with any clones he creates, but also recovers some of the unspent chakra when the clone is defeated. The clones can use any jutsu or Advanced Ability the user can use, except for those that cause a great deal of harm to the body, such as the 8 Gates. Additionally, any experiences or memories the clone has that occurred after its creation are sent back to the user. This does not affect training unless otherwise indicated. Abilities that see chakra cannot differentiate between the user and his clones. The clones can withstand a few hits before dispersing. Shadow Clones also have no range limit, making these clones ideal for espionage. The clone itself provides the needed concentration to maintain this technique. Multiple clones may be created at the same time. Effects utilizing chakra can only be copied if the clone pays the cost as well. The clone may copy the appearance of using those abilities, however, if not doing so would give away the clone's identity.
Drawbacks: The user can only receive a maximum of the chakra used to create the clone -40.
Cost: The user's chakra is split evenly among all created clones. A clone must be created with at least 50 chakra in order to remain stable. It may fall below this limit after the fact, but 50 is required for initial creation. While Chakra Reduction from Chakra Control or traits does not affect the amount of chakra a clone receives, it may reduce the amount of chakra necessary to form a clone.

Mokuton: Mokuryuu no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Dragon Technique]

Requirements: Chakra Absorption (Optional Effect)
Description: After a series of handseals, a large serpentine dragon will burst from the ground. This dragon is highly destructive, and will crash and crush objects it collides with. If the user also is capable of absorbing chakra, this dragon can do so against anything the dragon is capable of biting. The absorption is this dragon is capable of is notable for being able to negate the absorption effects of things it absorbs chakra from.
Cost: 120 to activate; 30 to maintain ; Can absorb 50 chakra per post from jutsu or from living beings gripped by the dragon's mouth.

Rasengan [Spiraling Sphere]
Rank: A
Requirements: 40 Chakra Control; 30 Shape Manipulation
Description: This technique does not require handseals, instead requiring a very refined control of one's chakra. The user focuses chakra to the palm of their hand and rotates the chakra in every direction at once, creating a four-inch wide sphere of rapidly spinning chakra. On contact, the Rasengan grinds into its target, propels them along the Rasengan's trajectory, and at some point bursts, causing severe damage at the point of contact. While this technique can be maintained, the rotation of the chakra creates energy for the technique, thereby eliminating the need to use additional chakra to maintain Rasengan.

Oudama Rasengan [Big Ball Spiraling Sphere]

Requirements: Rasengan; 60 Spirituality
Description: The user simply creates a much larger Rasengan than usual, about a foot in width. This technique is similar to Rasengan in every way, other than two significant alterations; first, the larger form of this technique, and as such, more chakra involved, increase the power of this technique's blast. Opponents may be launched much farther than the regular Rasengan would allow. However, the larger size also reduced the damage that the grinding effect can cause to an individual.

Saisei Nou [Regeneration Ability]

Requirements: Senju Clan ; Body of the Sage: Vitality ; Body of the Sage: Energy of the Sage ; Requires permission from 2 Moderators.
Description: This is a unique characteristic of a select few members of the Senju clan that grants them a powerful regenerative ability. When the user's body is injured, their chakra immediately activates, healing the user's body without any input required from the user. This ability, despite being a healing technique, does not require the Medical Ninjutsu Advanced Ability. This technique can heal most minor injuries, such as scrapes or superficial cuts, in only a few seconds, but for injuries such as a deep cut from a sword or a very severe burn, 2 or 3 minutes (Note that a typical battle post lasts only a few seconds-be realistic with how fast you're healing). It cannot replace lost body parts, such as limbs or internal organs, and it does not prevent pain from the injuries themselves. The user can still bleed to death if they bleed faster than their wound heals. Lastly, damage to the brain or outright beheading is still strictly fatal. Damage to the heart is usually fatal, but not necessarily so. Any healing limits described in this jutsu are already considering a Senju's natural healing gained from the Bloodline. It is possible to be injured in such a way that this jutsu kills it's user by draining him completely of chakra in an effort to heal the wound.

Drawbacks: The user cannot actively stop the healing effect, which can drain them of chakra quite rapidly if the user is not careful. This drawback cannot be removed.

Mokuton: Mokujin no Jutsu [Wood Release: Wood Person Technique]

Requirements: Mokuton: Mokuryuu no Jutsu
Description: The user creates a large wooden statue-like being with an Oni's face. This statue is created with a Wood Dragon adorning its body, and is typically used by the user as a battle avatar, on a similar scale to a Bijuu or similar constructs. This being is as physically powerful as Bijuu, and is capable of withstanding even the force of a Bijuudama (though this still causes damage on the construct's body). The user can perform any jutsu they know themselves on their Mokujin instead to enhance its own abilities.

Description: After a series of handseals, the user holds the final seal, which is the Snake Seal, and focuses their chakra through the surface of whatever they're standing on. Regardless of the type of surface, the user can force a great amount of trees to spring up and grow around their body. The user controls the growth patterns of these trees, and can force the trees even through concrete walls, capture and crush targets, or use the trees and their branches to attack and defend. Even when the user is no longer maintaining the technique, the vast forest they create with this technique will be left behind as evidence of the great battle that took place.

Description: The user is capable of making massive flowers bloom from the trees created with by the requisite technique. These flowers then expel a massive amount of pollen, which causes unconsciousness in anyone who inhales the pollen. The user can control which flowers release pollen, allowing them to selectively attack targets over a massive area of effect.

Rasenshuriken

Description: The user forms a large Rasengan and expands the chakra while spinning the technique faster than before. This causes 4 spinning blades to emerge from the center of the jutsu, though their high rotation makes them appear to be a disc. The user may then either throw the technique if they are powerful enough or slam the technique into their target. In either case, a large explosion occurs after the technique lands, causing tremendous damage to the victim, but also damaging the user's arm in a similar fashion. If thrown, the user may also remotely expand the blades to cut targets who may have dodged. This expansion reaches 25 feet from the jutsu in all directions.

Interestingly, while Rasenshuriken does not have an element, it cannot be performed in a non-elemental fashion; the user must add one of their own elements to the technique. The jutsu takes on unique effects based on the element added. Only the 5 Base Elements will be explained; all others will be determined when used.

Katon - The blades and the explosion carry with them millions of tiny blasts, capable of blasting a target apart on a cellular level.
Fuuton - The blades and the explosion carry with them millions of tiny needles that directly attack the victim's cells.
Raiton - The blades and the explosion carry with them a paralytic effect, while simultaneously burning the target while other damage is occurring.

In addition to blasting the target potentially hundreds of meters away, this technique will typically rip the target's body apart, and as such, is almost certainly fatal.

Characteristics: Her skin is a pure pale hue, similar to the rest of her as she keeps herself very clean. Her body is very slim and well formed, tall and beautiful. She doesn't even wear makeup.
Hair: Waist long, with bangs, and pure blonde hue.
Eyes: A deep, and beautiful, bright sky blue.
Clothing: She wears a varying sized temple robe. The upper body is wrapped in a white robe with no sleeves, tucked one under the other, and outlined with red. The lower section of the robe is tied to her waist by a large red bow and is instead formed like a short thigh high dress, red with white base frills. Instead of normal sleeves she has huge "sleeves" that are slit at her shoulders but still connected to the upper part of her robe under her arm. They are large so that they make up the most of her clothing, being mostly white with it being red on the inside and around the wide cuffs where her hands just barely reach out when her arms are bent. She has long white socks that reach up to her lap leaving only a bit of skin revealed between them and the base of her robe/skirt with the symbol for yin-yang on her knees. She wears simple white shoes that are more like sandals.
Accessories: Six owl feathers in her hair, three on each side of her head. Two azure earrings,
one in each ear, that share a shape to water drops and parted into three parts each. Four hair stripes, white cloth akin to a hair bow but instead of tying hair it is just decoration, two on each side. She also keeps her village headband stitched into her large red bow on her waist.


Personality: Suara is a loving and caring woman, with a god complex for protecting others from harm. She doesn't see herself as a divine being but she does see it as her responsibility, job, and overall duty to protect those around her just like others see higher beings. She only seeks for defense and while fighting against others she seeks to seal and capture her opponents, even going so far as to never have a single kill throughout her entire life. She says she'll never kill another living being or otherwise. She's very proud of herself and of those around her, seeing someone she knows getting better and succeeding makes her feel real happy for them. She has another flaw that's greater than her trusting nature...she's easily embarrassed. Nicknamed the tomato goddess because of how red she turns when embarrassed, she can easily slip up and get into strange and/or awkward situations, with tripping over her height being the least embarrassing yet most common. She simply tries to laugh off such moments with those who laugh with her.

From early in her life Suara cared for everyone around her, she was a real people person. She loved her family and siblings but when others came by she warmed up to them and made instant friends with every one of them. She never practiced keeping secrets but if asked to keep something from others they simply asked her to be told something in confidence, if trust is called into play she will keep a personal secret. She knows to gain someone's trust and respect you must be open with them and not keep secrets or harm others in any way, it makes protecting them very easy when they trust you. They can also be relied upon when she needs support and protecting.

As she grew into her shinobi career she learned techniques to further her supportive and defensive role in life. She became an ice wielder where she could truly protect others but also for a self satisfying reason of giving off a beautiful sight while doing it. And she shared this with others so she wouldn't be rude. She realizes earth style elements and other variations are the more defensive but they also have two glaring flaws that she doesn't approve of. On the one end, as stated, the earth style isn't very visually appealing and she prefers to give others a hopeful sight that saves them in their time of need. The second is in dire situations, when the shield fails, the chance it could cause harm. She has seen earth walls crumble and fall onto those they were erected to protect and the chance of that happening scares her so she chose something softer. As a student she studied the different styles and when she became a Genin she started developing ice and snow.

Her years as a Chuunin were spent upgrading what she learned and mastering new forms of defense against her enemies but it was also the time she ran across her first demon attack. She learned they were hard to defeat and impossible to let go when defeated so she started studying seals and other forms of imprisonment. She began taking on entire hordes of demons solo and stopped them and sealed them beyond her specially crafted techniques for such purposes, capable of sealing entire armies of demons. Hordes of small and weak demons are easily dispatched by her ice style of area of effect attacks and then sealing their movements with Fuuinjutsu. However, it wasn't long before she realized what she could do was limited to what she could reach and she wasn't that fast either nor could she be everywhere at once. She began thinking of ways around such a weakness of her.

When she became a Jounin she developed herself additionally into a medic so when she arrived late or when she couldn't be there for everyone she could still take care of others. She also incorporated it into her many other techniques so she could do so at a longer range rather than only people she could reach. She decided if she couldn't be there for everyone at once then she would let a part of her be there for everyone all at once. It was her way of helping and protecting the future generations of the people and bringing a beautiful white winter around for a relaxing sight was a pretty nice bonus in her eyes. And when she isn't fighting she spends her time helping others in more peaceful ways as being a caretaker and even a singer for the village, holding music concerts where she can sing powerful songs of enlightening and uplifting spirits.

- The clone is intangible, being made entirely of chakra. This limitation cannot be removed.

Description: While holding the Rat seal, the user forcibly halts their chakra flow, then rapidly rushes a greater amount of chakra to their head. This process disperses the chakra causing a Genjutsu to occur, and can break it in such a fashion.
- You must be able to form the Rat handseal, unless you have a means to cast this particular jutsu without handseals.
- You must break every Genjutsu effect on a single genjutsu at once, though if you are affected by multiple Genjutsu, you may choose which Genjutsu to target.
- You do NOT need to break an Aftershock effect.
- You do NOT need to break effects that your Willpower is allowing you to ignore.
- To break a genjutsu of a certain rank with Genjutsu Kai, you must possess the appropriately ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. There is a Genjutsu Kai for ranks C through S. If you possess a Genjutsu of that rank and each rank prior, you may ignore this requirement, so long as you have at least the C-ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. Description: The user holds a single seal and focuses their chakra for a few seconds. The user immediately moves to a new location, moving so fast that they appear to teleport. This is just chakra-assisted movement, however. This technique usually employs some sort of cover to further hide the user's movements. This technique may be used to move vertically, but it must begin while the user is on a surface they can push off of.
Limitations:
- The user cannot change direction once their movement has begun.
- The user cannot react to threats during their movement. This limitation cannot be removed.
- There must be no obstructions between the user and their intended end location. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique has a range limit of 20 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended.
- If no cover is used, the opponent may see the user leaning in the direction they intended to go.

Description: Making use of their medical expertise, the user throws a senbon in such a way that it strikes a particular pressure point in the neck. If the attack lands successfully, the needle will impale the target's throat completely and place the victim in a near-death state, creating the illusion that the target has died. Once the needles are removed, however, the target will regain consciousness, with only slight soreness in the neck to show for the experience.

Description: The user places their fingers on the ground, creating a ten foot wide sealing pattern on the ground. Anyone standing on the ground when the pattern goes up, to include the user, cannot escape the barriers of the seal. If a target's Spirituality or Willpower is greater than the user's Spirituality, however, they can break the seal.
Seal Description: Several lines of kanji emanating from the user.
Drawbacks: Use of this technique traps the user as well. This drawback cannot be removed.

Shousen Jutsu [Mystical Palm Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: This technique allows the user to speed up a body's natural healing process by sending chakra to a wound via the user's hands. The user can heal a wide range of wounds using this technique, to include cuts, burns, even broken bones, provided the bone was set previously. As wounds tend to vary drastically, there are specifications for each type of wound and how this technique reacts to it.
Cuts - This technique can close a cut at a rate of 1 cm per post, to include length of the cut and depth of the cut. Be aware that while this can eventually close a cut, it is possible for a victim to bleed out before the cut can be repaired, and any lost blood is not replaced.
Burns - This technique can reduce the severity of second and first degree burns down to first degree and healed, respectively, at a rate of 1 cubed cm of flesh per post. This technique cannot effectively heal 3rd degree burns. Nerve damage is not repaired by this technique.
Bruises - This technique can reduce bruising in the affected area, and can heal the internal injury that causes the bruising. While this cannot completely remove bruising, it can effectively prevent further bruising.
Broken Bones - This technique can spur on the healing of a set bone, but cannot completely repair it. Use of this technique on a set broken bone for five continuous posts can allow the target minor use of the affected body part, though strenuous use will rebreak the bone.
If the wound you are attempting to treat is not listed here, please ask a moderator for how effective this technique would be.
Weaknesses: This technique requires the user's utmost attention, and requires at least one of the user's hands on the wound. Distracting the user in any way can keep them from effectively using this technique. This may be reduced via favoring to allow for distractions, but the user must always maintain contact.
Drawbacks: Extended use of this technique may reduce the target's overall lifespan; ordinarily, this is minor enough to be ignored, but repeated healing via this technique may take its toll.

Chakra no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade around the user's hand. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection, though it is still possible for the technique to cut skin.
Limitations: Use in combat requires a great, nearly unattainable deal of precision to make fatal cuts, though it can be used to cut muscle fiber. This limitation may not be removed.

Requirements: Access to Medical Ninjutsu ; At least 20 Chakra Control
Description: This technique allows a user to store chakra within a single point on their body, typically the forehead, over a vast period of time. In doing so, a diamond shaped seal is formed at the point chosen. This seal is constantly draining the user's chakra, though the user can release the seal via the In'fuuin: Kai technique, and regain all chakra drained. The chakra gathered in this seal is considered separate from the user's normal chakra pool, and is therefore not taken into account when the user's normal chakra levels are restored. Additionally, the chakra within this seal cannot be drained until released.
Seal Description: A purple diamond shape, usually on the user's forehead
Limitations: The seal can only hold up to 2000 Chakra. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended to 3000.

Soon the snow that is falling from the sky will take on an eerie glint, beginning to target the enemy specified. Once the snow touches the enemy a flower of ice will sprout upon that area. The snow is then pulled like a magnet towards the enemy. Once the enemy is completely encompassed in these ice flowers, the petals will fall, revealing them to be encased in ice.

Description: After amassing enough chakra, the user releases the chakra held within their Strength of a Hundred Seal, allowing the chakra to take its effect on their body, and causing the mark on their forehead to spread across their body as purple lines. Specifically, the seal releases the chakra stored within the seal back into the user's body, replenishing the user's chakra reserves and making the use of the techniques Souzou Saisei and Ninpou Souzou Saisei - Byakugou no Jutsu possible. If any chakra previously within the Byakugou no In remains when the user no longer needs this technique, it can be used to reform the seal.

Souzou Saisei [Creation Rebirth]

Description: After In'fuuin Kai is used, the user may use the chakra previously stored within the seal to heal their body at a constant rate. This technique can allow the user to heal from a wide variety of injuries, and can even restore lost limbs; however, it requires the user's utmost concentration to do so. As this technique uses the chakra stored within the Byakugou no In, the user does not need to concern themselves with providing the necessary chakra. Even if the chakra stored within the seal runs out, the user can still heal from almost any wound in a single post, provided they have chakra to pay for the technique-essentially, the user of this technique cannot be killed as long as they have chakra.
Drawbacks: The rapid healing process of this technique reduces the user's lifespan; specifically, each post that this technique is active physically ages the user a full year. This may be reduced to half a year per post via favoring.
Cost: 75 per post; Chakra from the Byakugou no In is used first. If this chakra is used up, the user can continue using the technique with their own chakra.

Ninpou: Souzou Saisei - Byakugou no Jutsu [Ninja Art: Creation Rebirth - Strength of a Hundred Technique]

Description: This technique can only be performed by those who have mastered Souzou Saisei and released the chakra within their Byakugou no In with In'fuuin: Kai. While similar to Souzou Saisei, this technique is much more powerful and requires absolutely no focus on the part of the user. Like the previous version of this technique, it uses the chakra of the Strength of a Hundred Seal, so the user does not need to provide it on their own unless the seal runs out. The rate of healing from this technique is much faster, however-any wound received is immediately healed within seconds, regardless of severity. Even when a body is bisected, this technique can allow the two halves to heal if they are brought in contact with one another.

Description: Not requiring hand signs, the user can change the climate of their surroundings to become gradually colder within a 10 foot radius of themselves. Their chakra cools the temperature within said range to allow for snow and ice to form. As time passes small aesthetics like frost or flakes can be seen around the user even before the climate actually changes. This technique is great for kick starting other ice techniques that require the area to be cold by cutting time for their formation in half.

Limitations:
-Techniques that require a large area to be cold cannot gain much of a benefit from this outside a slight kick start in their time but only within the range. This cannot be removed.
Drawbacks:
- If The user can't stand the cold this can make it hard to fight.

Description: Not requiring hand signs, the user can freeze moisture from their surroundings and create a large mass of snow to be controlled by their will for offensive or defensive purposes; it can travel across the ground or through the air. The user can control not only its movement direction and purpose but also its density to be soft for cushioning blows or landings or hard to block or crush objects inside. It's speed and endurance is relative to the user's spirituality and, like all nature styles, can be improved by the user's Nature Transformation. This technique can be used multiple times to increase the amount of snow formed. If using pre-existing snow this technique becomes self maintained and it's activation cost is reduced by half.

Limitations:
-A created mass can be no larger than twice the size of the user.
-The cost can be halved if using pre-existing snow but it still maintains its size restriction. This cannot be removed.
Weaknesses:
-Without a cold climate the technique will take twice as long to form; naturally taking 2 posts for warm climates. This cannot be removed.

Description: When the user uses a medical technique to help themselves or others it comes with the problem that they can't be everywhere at once. To supplement this the user, while they perform a technique of physical mass that can bring their chakra into direct physical contact with another person, they can heal the target so long as they remain within range and more importantly physical contact with the median. While this technique is active the user manifests an avatar of small size with as much endurance as the user's spirituality though it's not very large, normally being no bigger than a few feet tall. If it's destroyed the technique ends. This requires no hand signs and is self maintained by the used median and medical techniques.

Limitations:
- This can only transmit one medical technique at a time.
Weaknesses:
-Destroying the original avatar negates the whole technique. This cannot be removed.
Drawbacks:
-If the used median causes harm it will negate any healing effects. This cannot be removed.
