Description:

Keiko is characterized by her pale skin, vivid green eyes, two scarlet dots on her forehead which all the members of her clan possessed, and shoulder-length silvery-white hair, which she wore divided down the middle of her head (distinguished by an atypical 'zigzag' hair parting) with two separate partings on either side of her face. Just like any other typical Kaguya clan member, Keiko wears her traditional robe bestowed upon her by her parents and family members, although her's was a light shade of lilac in color.

Signs of puberty was already apparent in the young girl, becoming more shapely as the years passed by. Her chest, hips, bottom, and thighs also became bigger and rounder. Keiko's style of clothing slightly changed to accommodate the newer body. Underneath her clan robe was a kimono-style, black, mesh blouse that covered her chest. The same material was also found on her arms. She wears a pair of black shorts with thigh-high stockings and has changed her regular sandals to black high-heeled boots.

The Kaguya's forehead protector was wrapped around her waist, the cloth being a light lilac in color. The metallic protector wasn't facing directly forward but rather to the right side.

Personality:

Showing a calm and relaxed nature, she doesn't seem to care much about that which is not important to her. She avoids fighting whenever possible, but that does not mean that she is incapable. She is shown to collect data on her opponents because it interests her to know things. Keiko isn't the type to speak to others she doesn't know, which was caused partly by her secluded childhood life staying within the clan as well as her own shy personality piling on top of that.

After being in the Academy for a short while, she has begun to have a thirst for knowledge. She spent several days and weeks in the library trying to soak in as much information as possible in conjunction with her daily physical exercises and practices.

After seeing her friend Sakura out in the field, the young teenager became more interested in anime, manga, and the sorts of 2D things that otaku lovers like. Although not to that level of devotion, she will be able to hold a conversation about stuff relating to her favorite titles.

Becoming a genin, Keiko changed little by little. She is now more open to the world around her and is more proactive in conversations. Although she still gets that shy streak whenever she needs to talk to someone she does not know, she can usually put up a false front and pretend to be confident. However, when things needs to become serious, the Kaguya can take action and cast aside her timid behavior and pull through and do whatever it takes to do accomplish her goal.

Background:

The Kaguya clan was one of several that came to Seichi to fight against the demons after they had almost taken over. Although their name isn't as worldly-known compared to the Uchiha and the Hyuuga, they remain one of the oldest clans dating back to the oldest of ninja. Keiko heard stories from her parents and grandparents about how Koji the Great Sage brought with him several clans with powerful abilities to help tide the battle against the demons. Her parents always said to be careful about wandering outside, especially outside the village's protective walls.

When she was young, Keiko's parents were not really close to the rest of the Kaguya clan. They kept themselves secluded because they themselves were not really strong like all the other clan members. Their personalities also did not match most of the clan's, being more kind-hearted and easy-going than the others. Because of these two things, they were treated like outcasts and were sent to live almost near the edge of the clan grounds in a solitary house.

When Keiko was born, her parents did not instill in her the pain and suffering they have endured and taught her to also be kind and gentle. Keiko spent most of her childhood learning about her clan's history; why they were different, what made them special, how they differ from the other clans, and why they should always cooperate with the other clans.

Later on, when she finally activated Shikotsumyaku, an extremely rare ability passed down through blood and bone, her parents had deliberated upon whether they should come public about her newfound ability or not. The threat to their daughter was a lot more dangerous should her secret come out and so they kept it a secret as well as teaching their child about anything they knew about the bloodline. They compared her with their clan leader, Kaguya Katsu, and his terrifying ability to use his bloodline in conjunction with the legendary Eight Gates.

Although she did have greater potential with Shikotsumyaku, her physical prowess was still a bit lacking. And because of all the words her parents have said and the intangible pressure they unknowingly piled upon her, she became stressed about the whole ordeal and now tends to distance herself away from those not outside her immediate circle.

Upon joining the Academy, she began learning the basics taught for two weeks straight. While doing so, she met up with a few interesting characters: Ninigi of the Uchiha, her disheartened teacher who had to teach students for the rest of his puny life, a kawaii boy named Kai, Miss Koka who was actually a doll, and of course the famous idol twins, the Dezaki. She was able to slowly break out of her shell of being isolated and alone. And although her student life has ended, Keiko still has much to learn. Just before she was able graduate from the Academy, she trained extensively on two of the basic jutsu taught to her: the Clone and the Replacement technique.

Near the end of her Academy days, she went on her very first mission with the Dezaki's Sakura, tasked with picking up an idol with an idol to a NEET. The whole experience was enlightening, more so by the fact that Sakura's radiant personality bled into Keiko's. She really had a lot of fun during that time. There was also another mission she did with Ninigi in which the both of them had to stop an assassination attempt on an actor of a troupe. The play didn't go quite as planned because of the Uchiha's words, but the end result was the same: they were successfully able to find and subdue the attackers responsible for frightening the poor soul.

Keiko quickly learned most of the important Genin basics by herself, only getting help from Ninigi once more with Genjutsu training. The boy was also getting stronger as well, coupling ninjutsu and genjutsu together to form his interesting fiery fighting style. While Keiko secretly learned the ways of Shikotsumyaku in an abandoned building outside Akarigakure, she also met up with more people that piqued her interest. Lapis Uchiha was the adopted son of Ninigi's father, so the two were brothers in a sense? This little kid's personality however was something extremely strange to the Kaguya teenager.

The time she rescued Yuzuha was interesting and a bit bone-chilling. [Story to be created]

Tsubaki no Mai [Dance of the Camellia] -B
To perform this Dance, the user expels one of the bones in their upper arm to form a thin short sword made of bone. The user then charges the opponent, chaotically and continuously stabbing to keep the foe off-guard. The bone sword is very light, and can easily be retracted and thrust from a different direction to produce an opening. This style is focused on ending the fight as soon as possible, and practitioners are taught to quickly and immediately focus on landing killing blows.

Genjutsu Kai [Mind Technique Release] To Be Learned

Description: While holding the Rat seal, the user forcibly halts their chakra flow, then rapidly rushes a greater amount of chakra to their head. This process disperses the chakra causing a Genjutsu to occur, and can break it in such a fashion.
- You must be able to form the Rat handseal, unless you have a means to cast this particular jutsu without handseals.
- You must break every Genjutsu effect on a single genjutsu at once, though if you are affected by multiple Genjutsu, you may choose which Genjutsu to target.
- You do NOT need to break an Aftershock effect.
- You do NOT need to break effects that your Willpower is allowing you to ignore.
- To break a genjutsu of a certain rank with Genjutsu Kai, you must possess the appropriately ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. There is a Genjutsu Kai for ranks C through S. If you possess a Genjutsu of that rank and each rank prior, you may ignore this requirement, so long as you have at least the C-ranked version of Genjutsu Kai. Description: The user holds a single seal and focuses their chakra for a few seconds. The user immediately moves to a new location, moving so fast that they appear to teleport. This is just chakra-assisted movement, however. This technique usually employs some sort of cover to further hide the user's movements. This technique may be used to move vertically, but it must begin while the user is on a surface they can push off of.
Limitations:
- The user cannot change direction once their movement has begun.
- The user cannot react to threats during their movement. This limitation cannot be removed.
- There must be no obstructions between the user and their intended end location. This limitation cannot be removed.
- This technique has a range limit of 20 feet. This limitation cannot be removed, only extended.
- If no cover is used, the opponent may see the user leaning in the direction they intended to go.

Rank: C
Description: This technique requires no handseals, but instead requires "bumping" an individual's fist with your own. Doing so allows a minor amount of chakra to leak both ways, which allows both sides to understand the intentions and motives of the other more readily. This technique cannot be used against an unwilling individual.

Tsuiseki [Tracking] To Be Learned

Description: By focusing only on the trail they are following, a shinobi may block out sights and sounds unrelated to their target. This in turn makes details related to the trail stand out more accurately. This can be applied to any method the user is utilizing to track a target, and does not utilize chakra.
Limitations: The user must already have a trail to follow. This limitation cannot be removed.
Drawbacks: The user may not notice hazards around them; it is not recommended to use this technique alone. This drawback may not be removed.

Henge Bunshin no Jutsu [Transformation Clone Technique]

Description: An amalgamation of both Basic jutsu, the Henge Bunshin is basically what the other two couldn't accomplish by themselves. The user has the capability of creating several clones. The clones does not have to necessarily look like the user; they can look like completely different people or animals as long as it is within their imagination. The clone can be controlled mentally by the user as long as the user can see or otherwise detect what the clone is doing. Multiple clones can be made simultaneously, but each must be maintained separately as a distinct jutsu use.

Description: After focusing chakra into their hand, the user can then create an orb of warm light that looks like a firefly. They can then send the chakra in any direction they choose until it makes contact with a surface. Once it connects, the firefly begins to float a few feet away from the surface for a maximum of five posts before it dissipates slowly. The range of light this firefly can emit is approximately a ten feet radius.

Hi Bunshin no Jutsu - Fire Clone Technique

Description: The user creates a solid clone out of fire. This clone can interact with the world around it and can use jutsu that utilize fire, so long as it has enough chakra. When struck, the clone merely bursts into flames due to its composition. The clone is capable of basic logic and thought, and can make simple decisions on its own, though usually, it is created for a single task. Fire Clones are created by 1/10 the current chakra of their creator, and their jutsu are only 1/10 as powerful as a result. Half of the unspent chakra remaining in the clone upon its dispersal is returned to the creator. The clone itself provides the needed concentration to maintain this technique. Multiple clones may be created at the same time. Effects utilizing chakra can only be copied if the clone pays the cost as well. The clone may copy the appearance of using those abilities, however, if not doing so would give away the clone's identity.
Limitations: The clone cannot move greater than one kilometer from the creator; the clone's jutsu is only 1/10 as powerful as the original's would be; the clone is not very intelligent, only able to make simple choices on its own. Only the range limitation may be extended, in which case, the clone may move two kilometers from the user. [Intelligent Limitation Removed via Mastery]
Weaknesses: A single hit will disperse the clone, so long as it would normally be enough to cause a bruise on a person. This may be extended to allow more twice as much damage before dispersal.

Description: The user performs handseals and focuses their chakra into one of their hands, which in turn begins to glow faintly. After that is done, they thrust their hand forward and projects a fast moving bolt of fire that explodes upon contact. The blast radius is double that of a typical exploding tag's range, although the concussive force is spread evenly in the bigger blast space.

Requirements: Pre-Existing, 'Intact', Self-Made, Fire Jutsu Techniques
Description: Any fire jutsu that the user created previously and is still 'intact' can be made to change directions. The user would need to be able to 'see' the fire in order to control its movement. The shape of the fire stays the same and does not change throughout the process. The amount of chakra needed to make the user's fire move is half the chakra used for the technique.
If a technique that normally costs 40 chakra to create was cast, an additional 20 chakra would be spent to move that technique. If 100 chakra was used, an additional 50 would be spent to move the technique.
This doesn't automatically move the fire in the direction you want; if the user wanted to move the fire to the left, it would curve to the left rather than make a sharp angle turn. If it needed to move 180°, the fire would either make a slow stop before going in the opposite direction or a U-turn.
Limitations: The user is not able to manipulate their own jutsu if it is out of their range of 'sight'.
Weaknesses: Once the technique in question has been 'tampered' with and the jutsu does not retain its original form, it can no longer be used in conjunction with this technique. This Weakness cannot be removed.
Cost: Half the chakra cost of the original technique.

Description: Hardened bones from the fingertips are shot at the enemy, with a spinning motion added to the skeletal bullets. A direct hit will excavate skin, flesh, and bone. Since the bones of the user can be regenerated, the rate of fire from the user's arsenal is limitless. This technique requires no handseals.
