Please use the following template when creating your Summoning. You can use the Summon Guide for more detailed information.

Biographical Information


Name: Self Explanatory

Age: Self Explanatory; Summonings may have far longer lifespans than humans, with the oldest potentially surpassing 1000 years.

Gender: Self Explanatory; Male or Female (if applicable)

Rank: Summonings are ranked D through S.

Height: Self Explanatory; Please use both metric and imperial measurements. If length is more applicable to your summoning than height, change this section to Length.

Weight: Self Explanatory; Please use both metric and imperial measurements.

Species: What species is your summoning? There are a wide variety of possibilities available to you here-for more information, see the Summon Guide, linked above.

Description: Describe your summoning's physical appearance. Be detailed-we should be able to picture your summoning without a picture. Including a picture is optional, but appreciated if you can.

Personality: Describe your summoning's personality as best you can. You don't need to write an essay here, but we should be able to picture how your summoning acts from this alone. It's alright if, early on, you deviate from this-sometimes you don't know how a character acts until you RP it. Please try to keep to your summoning's personality as much as possible, however.

Background Describe your summoning's history. This doesn't have to be super long, but if your pet is 130 years old, that's 130 years of history to draw from. If your summoning has had several rank ups, you have even less of an excuse.

Combat Information


Available Ninja Points: Ninja Points are used to obtain everything that may be added to your character, including traits, attributes, skills, elements, and jutsu. Every rank has a base number of Ninja Points provided to them for free. In this section, tell us how many you have available in total. At the end of the combat information section, you will tally the total Ninja Points you've spent and how many you have left. The base amount of Ninja Points provided per rank are listed below. Note that Summonings naturally receive fewer points than Shinobi. Summonings obtain 1 extra NP for every 4 their original summoner gains.

D-rank - 20
C-rank - 40
B-rank - 70
A-rank - 100
S-rank - 150

Inventory: List your summoning's inventory. Most summonings do not carry weapons, but a few occasionally have one or two of their own weapons. If your summoning has any weapons not on the global list, they must be applied for. Their weapons typically are sized appropriately to the summoning in question. For simplicity's sake, a summoning's weapons will not count towards encumbrance.

Traits: Any character traits you may have obtained should be listed here. Include the effects of your traits as well. Please separate your traits by rank. Some traits may not be obtainable by summonings-make sure you read carefully. Trait Listing

Trait Ninja Points: How many Ninja Points are you spending on Traits? In case you forget, the cost breakdown by rank is listed below.
D-rank - 1 NP
C-rank - 2 NP
B-rank - 4 NP
A-rank - 7 NP
S-rank - 10 NP

Attributes: Please list your character's attributes here. If your attribute is passively affected by anything such as Advanced Abilities or Encumbrance, please include the end result of the attribute in parenthesis after the character's base stats. You may also include your possible maximum for that Attribute, but it is not necessary. An example can be found below.

Attribute Ninja Points: How many Ninja Points are you spending on Attributes? Attributes cost 1 Ninja Point per every 5 Attribute Points.

Chakra: Your chakra total is your total attributes (Not points spent on Attributes, the Attributes themselves) after adding in all passive, permanent bonuses, multiplied by two and with an extra 100 points. Other chakra additions may apply too, such as those from Advanced Abilities. These are usually added after attributes are doubled.

For example, if you have a total of 105 Attributes that you've purchased or trained and have an ability that adds 5 Strength passively, you would multiply the total of 110 by 2. You would then add 100 to this result, followed by adding any additional chakra provided from any other abilities, such as a Jinchuuriki's extra chakra. Assuming no extras, the hypothetical character in this example would have 320 chakra.

Skill Ninja Points: How many Ninja Points are you spending on Skills? Skills cost 1 Ninja Point per every 10 Skill Points.

Chakra Natures: Please include all chakra natures your character has access to. Also, please indicate which is your primary if you have multiples. Every character starts with one of the Basic Chakra Natures for free. Additional Chakra Natures require 2 Ninja Points for every additional element; for example, your second element costs 2 Ninja Points, while your third costs 4.

Chakra Nature Ninja Points: How many Ninja Points are you spending on Elements? If you only have 1 or if your clan allows for an additional one, you do not need to spend any points.

Jutsu: Please list your character's jutsu here. While you do not need to follow the exact template used for jutsu on the global list, we do need the jutsu's name, description, rank, and chakra cost listed somewhere. Also list any non-jutsu that require jutsu slots, such as unique weapons, poisons, etc. There are many global jutsu lists; they may all be found in the Indexes and Lists section.

Advanced Abilities: List your summoning's Advanced Abilities here, if they possess any. Note that Summonings may not have every Advanced Ability, and there may be caveats to their possessing those particular abilities. A Summoning may have the following Advanced Abilities:

Kuchiyose - Summonings may only summon via Gyaku Kuchiyose, to summon their summoners to their location.
Kekkei Genkai/Kekkei Hen'i - Any Kekkei Genkai possessed by a summoning MUST be an implant, and said implant cannot occur in the background.
Chakra Manipulation - Summonings may have any aspect of Chakra Manipulation, but may not have a jutsu greater than their own rank in that aspect.
Advanced Elements - Summonings may have Advanced Elements, but may not possess Kekkei Touta (Three-Element Mixes) or higher.
Medical Ninjutsu - No caveats, but Summonings may not have the Strength of A Hundred seal or any related jutsu.
Chakra Sensing - No caveats
Unique Weapons - No caveats, but the Summoning must be physically capable of wielding said weapon.

Advanced Ability Ninja Points:

Spent Ninja Points: Simply add up the total Ninja Points spent on all other portions of the application. This is distinct from how many are available to you-it is reasonable to assume that a character may not spend all the points available to them at once if they are trying to save for something, such as a powerful jutsu.
Remaining Ninja Points: Subtract your Spent Ninja Points from your Available Ninja Points. Put the result here.

Cost: Leave this section blank. The approving moderator will fill it in with an appropriate chakra cost.
